The best location, quietly tucked away from the trams but still close to the trams. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel easy to find, check in ok, I had double booked so was able to get a refund pretty quickly. My fault so thanks Ctrip for organizing with no fees charged.. this hotel has a washing machine and a dryer. Gyms ok for a bit of a workout. Location handy as I had meetings the next day. Fridge, toaster kitchen well equipped. Could not get the wifi working. Not a fan of the QR code pdf download for the hotel information mainly because of the lack of information provided on tge finer details. Such as the 55th floor. This hotel is a short term rental complex from what we observed. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Location is great very close to the shopping centre nearby. My experience is a bit unpleasant. Pros: Location is great, shopping centre is just few minutes walk. - Young new staffs are friendly with impressive smiles, which overcomes my unpleasant check-in experience . Cons: - Hygiene: Inside the flat is clean, however the ventilation fan in toilet/bathroom does not work. - Rubbish on the 1st floor's roof (refer attach image) which just outside the bedroom windows including shoe, pants etc. - The major drawback is Check-in on the first day. Booked two nights and prepaid via Trip.com a day before, requested for "high floor" subjected to availability. On the day of arrival just before 12pm, I was intend to drop the luggage then return later for check-in. But the Indian senior staff lady said that the room is ready which assigned on 2/F, on Saturday their booking is usually full so it is the only room available (Which is understandable), as I prepaid online in advance I had no choice but to accept it (but quite discouraging to prepaid on Trip.com anymore because the booking cannot be cancelled); Then after I handed my credit card to this Indian lady at counter (looks like a senior staff) I was informed that they'll charge an "early check-in fee" of AUD30 (despite I keep reiterating that I can come back in the afternoon), she convinced me to join the Avani membership so she can waive the fee for me in favor. Was advised if I want a room on high floors, with better view, book on the Avani app instead.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the rooms and the view was superb. We spent hours in the pool, which was a really lovely space. We walked everywhere- to the train, the Museum, shopping, restaurants- everything we needed was close. Fantastic stay.

The room is big and in the convenient area where many restaurants are located. Despite that the room is big, the noise of air con is too loud that we can hear it throughout the night.

Was absolutely amazing, we were upgraded to another room on arrival and were given an amazing experience

Location is close to queen Victoria market and there are many food stores nearby. However, there are no washing powder or laundry powder provided unless u ask.

The location is great. It is located in Melbourne CBD at the end of advocate Street. It is very convenient to a lot of places within the CBD and it is essentially a luxury apar**ent like a condominium. I had a two bedroom apar**ent and this would cost easily 2 million in my country of Singapore. Highly recommend as a place to stay

The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent, very convenient to places for boarding local tours/CBD.
