Carlisle Central

All the staff we encountered were all extremely friendly & helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning to go and catch my train. The hotel is in a great location aswell.

Lovely stay, perfect location, amazing staff. Very clean and lovely restaurant attached. Quiet hotel, 24 hour reception. Will definitely be returning on my next stay in Carlisle!!! Know what your getting with premier inn, clean hotel and good service

Wow wow wow !!! We have stayed in a lot of Premiere inns, however this is the best by far. The staff are very attentive, great location , restaurant was perfect for our children, with the added bonus of a soft play. If you are travelling with children and need a stop off , I highly recommend this location. We will definitely use this again on our trip from Colchester to Sterling and in the way back .

A perfect night's sleep at this hotel. I slept like a baby!!! The staff were very informative and recommended the best bars in carlisle and they did not let me and my colleagues down. A brilliant 18 hours in this sleepy city. Do not drive past carlisle if you are looking for a stop over .

Amazing experience at the premier inn on Warwick Road. Extremely attentive staff who went out of their way night and day to accommodate my extreamely disabled son. Food was fantastic in the restaurant next door. Could not complain. Will be certainly returning when we come back to Carlisle.

Not often I give a positive review for premier inn . But on this occasion due to above and beyond service I will. Reception (b) was more than helpful,polite and Courteous. Infact would be an example to others. The hotel ,room as expected . Food I’m afraid as always if you ARE a regular customer is mostly frozen food not great . And finally a price which suits.
