We stayed at the Hilton Cardiff for four days at the end of March 2023. We really enjoyed our stay! The people at reception made us feel very welcomed, and couldn’t have been nicer! ALL of the people who work here were extremely friendly and helpful. We wanted to give a special thank you to Mark, the night manager. He was always cheerful - at the beginning AND at the end of his shift in the morning, which is not easy! He even kindly got us a bucket of ice very early one morning when my wife hurt her knee as she was stepping out of bed and the bed rolled away from her. We spoke to Mark about the incident, and hopefully, by now, they have fixed the “rolling coasters with no brakes on the box springs” problem. Mark was so kind and concerned about her fall that he checked on her twice - right after the incident and even the next day, which was the last day of our stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of hot and cold food offerings and was maintained to perfection by the attentive and efficient staff! The buffet was hosted by Bassam, who was very personable and interesting to talk with. The executive lounge was lovely, with beverages and a few snacks available throughout the day. There is an evening manager’s reception and some savory finger foods were offered each night. Our room had a stunning view of Cardiff Castle and the castle grounds! We would happily return to Hilton Cardiff, and we thank them for making our stay really memorable and pleasant. As a side note, we took the Cardiff Castle Ghost Tour and highly recommend it! It’s great to be able to tour the castle at night, and the two hosts were full of fun facts and historical information about the beautiful and “over the top” decor of the castle!

Ottimo ubicazione, vicino al castello e al mercato di Cardiff con una grande gamma di scelte alimentari. Camera da letto enorme. Spazioso bagno. Ottimo servizio di front desk che mi ha aiutato a registrare il programma di fedeltà per ottenere parcheggio gratuito.

Grande posizione, camere confortevoli e personale acomodato. Ricezione: Le signore alla reception sono molto gentili e benvenute. Camera / strutture: Il numero 311 è al terzo piano ed è pulito con vista sull'acqua. Le 2 letti singole sono collegate per fare un letto re, un'area di abbigliamento, un bagno, una sedia e un ufficio, con te e caffè. Non c'è frigorifero nella stanza, ma la ricezione manterrà una piccola quantità di oggetti nel frigorifero dell'hotel. Aria condizionata con una finestra aperta di circa 5 cm. Parcheggio: È condiviso tra gli hotel Holiday Inn Express e Staybridge. Parcheggio è di £10 per notte, deve essere fornito l'iscrizione. Se l'area di parcheggio è piena, c'è parcheggio stradale che è pagabile tra le 8:00 e le 6:00. Si possono pagare i rimborsi se il parcheggio non è disponibile al ritorno all'hotel. Wifi: Complementare e buona velocità. Non è richiesta alcuna validazione o password. Il buffet è da 7.00am a 11.00am e consiste di cereali, yogurt, pane (per tostare) e giochi e diffusi, frutta fresca, pasticceria, uova, bacon, feci dolci, salsicce, succhi, tè e caffè. Conclusione: Grande posizione, grande personale specialmente Sabina, comodo letto. Posizione / Vicino: Cardiff Bay Waterfront è a 10 minuti a piedi, Cardiff City è a 15 minuti a piedi. Le due passi sono a terra piatta e facile da fare.

Il secchio per capelli è fornito nella camera da bagno condivisa e con cortina accanto a ogni letto che offre maggiore comodità e privacy. Anche se il tè e il caffè sono forniti accanto alla reception 24/7. Tuttavia, il blocco qui è il blocco della password, e il personale cambia la password spesso per prevenire i senzatetto, questo può essere buono o no, una mano offre una maggiore sicurezza, ancora, E un'altra cosa è che ho trovato un pezzo di sangue sulla foglia di letto. In generale, direi che è una scelta economica

Really love this hotel and the location right in the centre! I always choose to stay here. Staff are super friendly and rooms are nice and clean. Car park under the hotel (at an extra cost of £18pn) The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel by car, as it sends you down a bus/taxi lane which can be confusing.

Just returned from a 3 night stay, was in Cardiff for a family wedding. Have to say the staff were friendly, informative and very accommodating. Wedding was on Friday and the maltsters arms very kindly allowed us to have dinner with them on Saturday night, there was 18 of us!!! Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff for the most amazing food, from starters to desserts and delicious drinks and cocktails 5 stars. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. The manager sorry can’t remember your name, was friendly and helpful. Lastly to Ben for his hospitality and professionalism in helping to book us all in on Saturday night, it was a wonderful ending to all of our trip to beautiful Cardiff. Da una stazione ferroviaria a piedi per l'appartamento per dieci minuti, l'appartamento è situato in un edificio di scrittura. Ho appena bisogno di una reception per aiutare a aprire la porta.La ricezione è una madre, la gente molto amichevole e entusiasta. Dopo aver finito di soggiornare nella stanza, la stanza è due camere in una sala. È possibile cucinare e la cucina è molto completa, ma non c'è esperienza di stare un giorno.L'esperienza è buona, ho un senso di famiglia.

Just got back from a golf and spa weekend as a group of 6. Reception service really good. Room was lovely. Bed was a bit hard for me but partner liked it (personal preference). The men had golf included and us women had the spa included. As far as I know, the lads enjoyed the golf course- preferred the PGA course over the Lake course. They did say it is a long walk especially if you’re older and less able- I would recommend buggies! The spa was lovely, provided with robes, slippers and a towel. We had a 50 min treatment included. I had the facial and back massage which was really relaxing! Bar service was brilliant. Drinks not too pricey unless you want cocktails. On to our 3 course evening meal we had included. You have a set menu if your 3 course meal is included in your package. Fair few things to choose from. The food was lovely- we had the steak which was really good and all cooked to our liking. Cannot fault the food at all, however, the service- although really friendly, it was extremely slow. Our table was at 8.30 and we didn’t leave the restaurant till gone 11.30, this wasn’t down to sitting talking- this was from waiting between each course. We were all so stuffed and as you can imagine wasn’t too pleased eating such a huge meal so late. We had breakfast in the morning which was buffet. The breakfast was spot on, help yourself to full cooked breakfast or continental (yogurts, cereals, pastries)- all yummy. The man who came round offering tea or coffee was really efficient and friendly. You can also help yourself to a selection of juices. Our second day although we weren’t allowed to go in the spa which we initially thought we had included, we could use the leisure facilities (wet facilities) including the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. We were able to shower after as you get given a towel. Overall we all really enjoyed our weekend!
