However, sometimes unforeseen issues may arise ⚠️. While we will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly, we cannot guarantee the availability of all amenities during your stay 🏠. Please note that no refunds will be provided in these instances 💡 Pets are welcome! 🐾 We allow up to two pets 🐶, with a $60/pet fee per stay. This helps cover the cost of an extra deep clean to ensure the home is allergen-free for future guests. Please treat our home like your own! Failure to comply may result in complaints from neighbors, potential fines, or even early termination of your stay. Additional fees may apply. ⏳ Check-Out: ✔ Check-out time: 10:00 AM ✔ Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fee of $150 after 30 minutes of the checkout time 🔇 Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This includes: ✔ Lowering voices, music, and TV volume inside the home. ✔ Avoiding loud conversations or gatherings on patios, balconies, or outdoor areas. ✔ Ensuring pets do not bark excessively, especially during quiet hours. ✔ If returning late, please be mindful when entering the property or using common areas. 🐾 Pet Policy & House Rules General Rules: ✔ Pet Approval Required – Please inform us about your pet(s) before booking.. ✔ Pet Fee – A $60 fee per pet applies to help cover additional cleaning. ***If the pet fee was not added during your reservation, please inform us so we can update it accordingly.
