Just completed remodeling this 4 bedroom home with beautiful hardwood floor, granite counter tops, brand new stainless steal appliances and furniture. Outdoor kitchen with bull bbq, refrigerator and sink as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach! The first bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed. The third bedroom has one queen size bed ad the fourth bed has 2 queen size beds.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 15.

Family Vacation
We really enjoyed staying at this home, close to the beach and shops. There was enough room, beds for three families. If I am ever in San Diego I will be looking at this property.

Review
Laundry not working, we were unable to do laundry. The drainage pipes overflows.Owner/property manager wants to come in the property while we were there to measure the bedroom.

Excellent property 5 minutes from the beach
The property is newly remodeled and easily accommodated 12 guests. Loved the ability to access the exterior from two of the bedrooms. All toiletries and kitchen supplies were provided which made things very convenient. Communication with the property manager was excellent. 10 out of 10!

Cardiff family house
Lots of space and beds. Good entertaining area in kitchen/living room. Everything worked well. Signs in house were very helpful (e.g.: WiFi info, how to use master shower). Not much back yard space and 5 freeway just behind fence (car noise) so don’t count on outdoor entertaining.
