房間明亮，房間（包括洗手間）的窗外，雖然沒有正對着海，也是一片整潔的草坪和海的景色。餐廳和幾步之外的海灘，就更不用説了。安靜愜意的海。 提醒：餐廳一定要提前預訂！

truly amazing, however spoiled by a maid walking in on us without knocking and then a mix up with rooms, saying we only booked one night instead of the 2 we actually had booked. otherwise would’ve been a perfect stay!!! Breakfast was amazing and the spa is stunning!! The issue got sorted with a simple apology which makes me feel like it wasn’t taken as seriously as it should, due to this we never had our room made up and simply a sorry doesn’t seem to cover the lack of privacy we then felt for the rest of the stay.

Typical “We will do what we want attitude from these disrespectful muppets “ Can't believe it but Carbis Bay Hotel have submitted another application to retain the concrete structures and fencing 😡How many more times are the Council going to consider an application when the Enforcement Notice has still not been carried out. All this inspite of the fact that at the meeting for the last application it was highlighted how dangerous leaving these structures in place would be in light of eventual natural cliff erosion. Why won't the Council carry out their powers to undertake the work and bill the applicant under the Enforcement? Absolute mockery of the planning system. Application number PA25/01226

Amazing location, great staff, very welcoming, choice of restaurants, sauna, pool. We used it as a base for 3 (extravagant) days walking SW coast path, nowhere better so far. Would be keen to return, dolphins performed during breakfast...

Had an amazing 4 day break at the Carbis bay hotel . Excellent Service. Staff went out of there way to accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble. We weren't easy guests. On arrival there was a problem with our room with very strong drainage odours, however, James (one of the duty managers) couldn't apologise enough, despite it not being the fault of the staff. He promptly found 2 rooms to show us for us to choose from at no additional cost. We opted for the Beach junior suite which was amazing. My mother found the bathroom in her room a bit small only because of her mobility issues and Lesley (a manager) spoke with her in length and offered options. My mother opted for a Beach junior suite which she enjoyed very much. She was only able to have it for 2 nights, however was very grateful and took full advantage of it. The only gripe, which could be dealt with on arrival, is Housekeeping knocking early to service the rooms. You can always ask reception to notify them that you require a later Service. We wanted things in our rooms that weren't standard. For example: a chair in the shower for my mum. A fridge in the beach junior suite.(these suites have communal facilities, so a fridge in the room would not normally be possible). This was sorted out for us promptly. I rang reception a few times to ask questions and they were answered politely and professionally. We were even provided with a reserved car parking space, that has never been provided at any hotel we have stayed in previously. We ate in the Beach Club restaurant, The Gannet restaurant and the deli. The food was amazing in all. The best fish & chips I have ever had in my life in the Gannet. The views from the Beach suite were amazing. Normally I'm not an easy riser in the morning, but hearing the sound of the waves drew me up, out of bed and on to the balcony. Overall, we were delighted with everyone especially James, Lesley and Emma , who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Were very polite, professional and welcoming. We can't wait to get back! Although I'm sure they're enjoying the peace and quiet since we left! Highly recommend. There really is no other place to go!! Thank you again xx

For the 4th year in a row we had a wonderful break at Carbis Bay where the weather is always great too so someone up there must like the hotel or us. The location is as good as it gets but the whole experience is fantastic from the food or facilities or the beach or the wonderful scenic walk into St Ives. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone whether single or a couple or with children. See you next year for 5 in a row.
