We stayed here as a special Golden Wedding treat and what a treat we had!! The hotel is so relaxed with very friendly but professional staff everyone was so friendly and always smiling.We had booked the Celebration room which was amazing with a great view over the bay of St Ives so very comfortable with a comfy bed, coffee making machine, delicious short bread biscuits and fresh bottled water. The food in the dining room was delicious. Breakfast was cooked fresh with a great choice. Evening meals were tasty and always served hot. Nothing was too much trouble and we had four wonderful days, thank you to everyone at Boskerris Hotel for making our special anniversary one that we will never forget.

spend 2 nights there this week, wonderful welcome, nice room (14), gorgeous lounge , cozy bar/ dining room, wonderful terrace , which you can have youre breakfast if nice weather. 5 mins walk from carbis bay station and beach . 30 mins walk along coast path to st ives or perhaps the same the other way to leilant , but watch train times does not always stop here . Carbis bay beach superb , Breakfast in the hotel well cooked, scrambled eggs were great , and we ate one dinner, very good i had the fillet of sole , would defo stay again .

Best hotel I have ever been... and I travel for a living! Any room in the house is amazing but if you get the chance, book the celebration room. You will not want to leave. Ever. Food is superb and the wine selection is very smart. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel decor is very chic. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. I wish I had discovered Boskerris sooner. I will most definitely be back!

A hidden gem. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights with you. Our welcome was warm, friendly and informative. The food was superb each night as was breakfast. All the staff were efficient, extremely smiley and friendly. Loved the colours and decor in the comfortable lounge area. A fab place to enjoy a drink, play games or just enjoy the view. The decking area was fab too on the day it didn’t rain! Can we come back soon. We all loved it

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights and loved it. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine interest and pleasure. Our room was small but well appointed. The view of the garden and sea was wonderful. The shortbread and bathroom soaps were brilliant. We ate dinner at the restaurant on the first night and it was delicious and actually turned out to be the best meal of our three nights. Other meals in St.Ives were good but this meal was perfect. The breakfasts were a treat too. We had three wonderful days exploring and loved all the advice given. Thank you!

Our first stay and Boskerris and it was wonderful! Anne is a huge asset to the Hotel and was brilliant throughout the booking process and during our stay. Special mentions too for the Hotel Chef and for Emma and Guilla who made breakfast and our two dinners at the hotel truly memorable. The Hotel is in a wonderful location with a stunning sea view from the Terrace . We stayed in the Celebration Room which was very comfortable. A very short stroll from the Hotel is the beach and also Carbis Bay station which runs half hourly into St Ives ( 3 minutes journey time). There is also a beautiful 35 minute walk along the coast into St Ives. Carbis Bay is quiet and a wonderful contrast with the bustling but enjoyable St Ives with its great beaches, restaurants and galleries. We have found a Gem in the Boskerris Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Already planning our return. Thank you .

From the moment we went in we were impressed. So light and airy, decorated in beautiful seaside soft pastel colours. Exceptionally well maintained with immaculate paintwork throughout. We had breakfast served to us on the large terrace overlooking the sea. The staff – Anne, Emma, Julia and Georgia – were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Nice hotel views and location. The food wasn’t as good as we had hoped it would be . Breakfast only had two starter choices and the cooked bacon was overcooked and burnt most mornings, as were the fried eggs. Dinner menu was limited and very small portions of ordinary tasting food, disappointed as previous reviews for the food seemed good. We had a double room for £300 per night it was very small and by a noisy road. Not sure it’s worth the price to be honest. The hotel bar never had any guests that we saw and lacked atmosphere. However the decor was pretty and calming, not sure we would stay again shame

After a week in London and 10 days driving around southern England, we were ready for a “vacation from our vacation.” The Boskerris Hotel and Carbis Bay fit the bill. The hotel is small, beautifully decorated with fabulous food and service. We were so glad that we picked this peaceful location with its lovely garden and view of the sea. It was easy to get into St. Ives which was very charming but also very crowded. Our one criticism was the size of the room. I will admit that their website does describe the Classic Ocean View rooms as “smaller.” We found our room very small, in fact it was the smallest of our trip. It would probably be fine for a weekend stay, but we were traveling for three weeks and had a lot of stuff. That said, everything else was wonderful!
