Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from
the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome!
The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it.
I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!

Pros - Exclusive for guests, so there's enough space for visitors Staff are amazing! friendly, accommodating, laging naka smile Me welcome merienda at drink upon arrival Hassle-free roundtrip boat and van transfers Pre ordering of meals made serving on time; lutong bahay style so dont expect for 5 star level na food; serving is also good for 2 adults per order Solo gaming sa kayak, wantosawa talaga Globe ang may service, mabilis at malakas Nature nature trip dito, bawal sa mga party peeps kasi closed na ang lahat once all guests have been served dinner Sakto pricing considering na ibinabyahe yung bawat item. A 300 ml water bottle that sells 15 pesos outside eh 50 pesos sa kanila. Yung masarap na shake is just 150 pesos Unli brewed coffee at fruit juice sa breakfast Cons Luma na yung villas, amoy amag ang kurtina at mga unan Need na i re-work yung mga gripo, soap dish, aparador Need na i-upgrade ang locks ng pinto kaai ang hirap nya i lock/unlock Linisin yung pool, dami nya lumot Grabe yung daan, 2.5 hrs of super zigzag road, nakaka sawa haha, sana me airport sa mismong Caramoan town

Overall, our experience at Tugawe Cove Resort was good. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful escape from the city. The staff were generally courteous and accommodating, and the ambience of the place is perfect for relaxation or a family getaway. However, there are a few things that could use improvement. The resort is not very friendly for PWDs or senior citizens, as there are a lot of stairs and steep pathways with limited accessibility options. It can be quite challenging for those with mobility issues to get around. I suggest lakeside rooms for easy access on beach, pool and cafe. Another area that could be improved is the food service. While the quality of the food was decent, a bit more generosity in portions would definitely enhance the overall dining experience. Also, the food selection was quite limited. Lastly, the cleanliness of the pool could be improved. Despite these concerns, we still had a memorable stay and would recommend the resort, especially for those who are looking for a scenic and serene vacation spot.

Athough this my third visit to Tugawe, there are still plenty to see and be truly amazed at. I love the resort's rugged charm and its isolation. Weak to zero cell signal and thus, you can unplug from the rest of the world. I l appreciate its unobtrusive yet efficient staff. And most of all, I love that everything is on time, all the time.

We stayed at Tugawe Cove Resort for 3D2N and sobrang nag-enjoy kami ng family ko. From the breathtaking view, tahimik at peaceful na lugar, hanggang sa beach na sobrang linaw ng tubig, perfect spot din for snorkeling. Yung food nila, masarap at sulit, pero ang pinaka nag-stand out sa stay namin is yung excellent service ng staff. Super bait at attentive nila, lalo na si Kuya Melvin (butler namin) and even si Kuya JC. Wala kaming masabi, lahat ng needs namin talagang na-provide nila without hassle. Kung may downside man, siguro para lang sa mga may kasamang PWD or senior citizens. Medyo challenging kasi yung hagdan paakyat-baba sa lobby, restaurant, at game room, madami talagang steps since nasa bundok yung resort. Also, wala rin ibang option kumain kundi sa restaurant nila. Masarap naman yung food, pero if matagal kayo magsstay, medyo mauubusan kayo ng mapipili sa menu. Nonetheless, overall experience was amazing! Super worth it ang stay and definitely memorable for our family. Highly recommended lalo na for those looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service.

The activities they offer are exciting. Well, Caramoan is a lovely place. However, we are not fully satisfied with the customer handling, at least for the staff at the resort. Very poor. Staff looked uninspired to work and failed to deliver our basic requests and needs. They promised but were unable to fulfill their commitment. Overall, the bonding experience with my family is worth keeping.

The place was a perfect escape from city stress, and be surrounded by untamed nature. The resort was secluded and wrapped by exotic plants and animals. We encountered more iguannas and exotic birds than other guests. The villa we stayed in was very spacious, clean, and calming. We were assigned a personal hand maid that was very attentive, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast was infront of the beach that was so calm you could sit there and realize time flew by. The water was crystal clear and cool tnat we stayed in the water from 11am till 4pm wthout ever feelling burned by the sun of a cloudless day. The resort could use a bit of touch up here and there but you won't mind it because of natures beauty everywhere you look.

We traveled for 13 hours to get to this place, but honestly, it didn’t feel worth it. The food options were quite limited and the utensils were rusty, with oily plates and glasses that gave the impression they weren’t properly cleaned. While the location itself was beautiful, the rooms and amenities seemed poorly maintained and not very clean, we even found cockroaches and spiders in our room. With proper maintenance, this place could be amazing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Just a heads-up: if you’re traveling with a senior and booked a hilltop room, be prepared for a long walk and lots of stairs to get down to the beach.

Our trip was meant to be a for relaxation, but it ended up as a 'survival mode' trip. Putting aside the price, one would expect at least a decent quality for food: Tilapia was over frozen- flesh is close to colored red already. Indication that it has been in their freezer for a long time. Chicken was not fresh- bone part is already dark colored Pancit sahog's a chicken neck Both Swimming Pools' water is dirty Our room faucet's water is muddy We asked for the room to be cleaned but the linens were not changed, instead it was just sprayed with Fabcon to make it seem as fresh linen.
