Hotel in zona Santo Antônio River, Caraguatatuba

Senti, non ho capito cosa si lamenta il personale. Siamo qui ora e non c'è niente da reclamare. Camera pulita, ottima assistenza e caffè mattina con varietà. Siamo arrivati e check in è stato immediatamente. Hotel con ottimi camerieri che puliscono molto bene e riposi tutto. Lasciano anche tutto quello che avrete bisogno sulla spiaggia di disposizione. Ho passato diversi hotel che non vale la pena quello che è stato pagato. Questa valle. Inoltre, eccellenti chioschi vicino anche pulito e con ottimo servizio. Non c'è davvero niente da reclamare. Internet non è davvero top, ma consiglio di pagare un piano di dati aggiuntivo e andare a cuocere il resto. Costo bene vantaggio molto buono.

For the amount of money they charge. the service must be top notch. My family and I felt that they were not a customer-oriented hotel. Small things turned into big headaches. * WIFI did not work on my bedroom when I called the front desk to complain, they told me that I should work from the lobby and that the internet was poor in my room. * We were in Ilhabela for a wedding party and 9AM (on a SUNDAY) on the day after the wedding, we were woken up by the staff for room service. They placed us on the farthest room in the complex in the middle of a construction zone. We were disturbed my the sound of a drill one morning as well due to the construction. * All remote controls did not have batteries. We had to physically go to the lobby and request batteries. Staff had a bowl with a bunch of used batteries and I had to ”fish” for the ”good” batteries. Staff was not friendly. * They pull a scam to charge R$5 reais per 1 beach towel. The hotel should just increase the daily rate by R$5 and make sure that you threat your customer with more than 1 towel per guest per day. We go there to relax and not worry about such ”small” things. We had a boat tour and when we can back, after a all day event, we could not get a fresh towel to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. Staff was very rude, inflexible, and gave my family a huge headache charging USD $4 for 4 towels. At the end, I fought very hard and fees were voided. For someone on vacation, this is totally not necessary. * Breakfast buffet was nothing much different than an average hotel. Again, for the price, I would expect much more.

L'hotel è più per ospite, molto semplice, struttura di base. Appartamento grande, fino a 5 persone, vasca da bagno, letti buoni. Ma con poca privacy, la finestra dà alla balcone che serve di circolazione per l'accesso agli altri appartamenti. Ha una piscina, un'area esterna piacevole, ma non ha cibo oltre al caffè. Quindi, se si desidera un piatto o una bevanda, non ha, o porta a casa, o chiedere un ristorante che la receptionista passa il numero di WhatsApp. Il colazione è molto debole, poca varietà, lo spazio non comporta gli ospiti.

Un posto meraviglioso. Un piacere andare con bambini e anche le persone con animali domestici. Una cura molto gentile e vicina, le piscine piacevoli (una di bambini e una di adulti con bar in acqua). Non ci erano nemmeno mosche quasi! Le migliori camere sono quelle che guardano il giardino. Erano molto gentili con noi che abbiamo avuto un problema medico con nostra figlia piccola, ci hanno aiutato molto e siamo molto grati. Il cibo del ristorante è tra i migliori dell'isola, o il migliore definitivamente. La posizione incredibile, nel centro della Villa (casco antico) per uscire a piedi sulle spiagge vicine e ristoranti. Spero di poter ripetere.
