Hotel in zona Mega Verão Caraguá, Caraguatatuba

Non mi piaceva il modo in cui mi sono ricevuta, prima che l'hotel fosse vuoto e comunque mi hanno messo dalla parte della ricezione, secondo che mi hanno affrontato affermando che non ho prenotato un argomento per adulti e bambini, e il terzo q per questo motivo, la pulizia è stata fatta nella stanza, mettendo solo una tovagliola al posto di due, deludente

Il posto è piacevole, ha aria condizionata, la camera è molto spaziosa, ha balcone con tavolo e sedie, tutte le camere hanno vista sul mare, nel bagno ha asciugacapelli, la piscina ha adulti e bambini e conta con spaghetti e palle da giocare, come sono stato in Aprile, ho trovato l'acqua un po' fredda, sarebbe stato bello se in quella stagione fredda si riscaldassero l'acqua, potremmo sfruttare di più, vicino ha uno spazio per bambini e spazio pet, senza contare che ha un bicchiere con piatti, tazze e microonde, Quello che ho trovato sensazionale, ha sauna, spazio di massaggio. E anche offrono sedie, guardie solari e asciugamani per portarci sulla spiaggia. Il colazione è molto di base. Ho trovato il ristorante molto caro, non è totoa che era più vuoto, se i prezzi fossero più bassi tutti gli ospiti mangiare in giro, ma purtroppo usiamo altri ristoranti e le consegnate. Il parcheggio è al retro dell'hotel. Il wifi nelle camere non funziona praticamente, i migliori posti da usare e nella piscina e balcone. La cura del personale è ok. La spiaggia di fronte non è molto buona per essere spiaggia di tombo.

For the amount of money they charge. the service must be top notch. My family and I felt that they were not a customer-oriented hotel. Small things turned into big headaches. * WIFI did not work on my bedroom when I called the front desk to complain, they told me that I should work from the lobby and that the internet was poor in my room. * We were in Ilhabela for a wedding party and 9AM (on a SUNDAY) on the day after the wedding, we were woken up by the staff for room service. They placed us on the farthest room in the complex in the middle of a construction zone. We were disturbed my the sound of a drill one morning as well due to the construction. * All remote controls did not have batteries. We had to physically go to the lobby and request batteries. Staff had a bowl with a bunch of used batteries and I had to ”fish” for the ”good” batteries. Staff was not friendly. * They pull a scam to charge R$5 reais per 1 beach towel. The hotel should just increase the daily rate by R$5 and make sure that you threat your customer with more than 1 towel per guest per day. We go there to relax and not worry about such ”small” things. We had a boat tour and when we can back, after a all day event, we could not get a fresh towel to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. Staff was very rude, inflexible, and gave my family a huge headache charging USD $4 for 4 towels. At the end, I fought very hard and fees were voided. For someone on vacation, this is totally not necessary. * Breakfast buffet was nothing much different than an average hotel. Again, for the price, I would expect much more.

It has a nice location, close to the historic center, restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms are basic but cozy, it is nothing fancy. We were out in tours so we spent little time in the hotel, we only came to sleep. The breakfasts are normal and the interesting thing is to try the local food, it was good too. Loved the natural orange juices!

Un posto meraviglioso. Un piacere andare con bambini e anche le persone con animali domestici. Una cura molto gentile e vicina, le piscine piacevoli (una di bambini e una di adulti con bar in acqua). Non ci erano nemmeno mosche quasi! Le migliori camere sono quelle che guardano il giardino. Erano molto gentili con noi che abbiamo avuto un problema medico con nostra figlia piccola, ci hanno aiutato molto e siamo molto grati. Il cibo del ristorante è tra i migliori dell'isola, o il migliore definitivamente. La posizione incredibile, nel centro della Villa (casco antico) per uscire a piedi sulle spiagge vicine e ristoranti. Spero di poter ripetere.
