Caracas: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

The hotel is old But the business suite is good and nice It was better than other room’s The price of hotel is reasonable but coffee shop here is expensive more than other places like The staff can’t speak English and it is so difficult for me to communicate with them, for example for one blanket I explained 2 hours to them to they sent ! The room was cold and they hadn’t something to keep in warm! But actually this is good hotel And it’s safe Two receptions stuff in front desk,helped me with great job Geraldine and Albani

Sono stato qui in pura tranquillita' per otto notti e tutto é stato leggero e piacevole. Si incontrano tanti volti amichevoli e familiari: tutti. Stando qui si é al centro della città. La stanza é bella, spaziosa e classica. La stanza può essere silenziosa ma dipende dal traffico e dall'esposizione. La piscina non é il massimo della tranquillità: Non c'è silenzio e calma perchè si possono sentire rumori costanti dalla sala delle macchine. alla sera diventa ventoso e freddo.

Per la prima volta, arrivando in questo paese un po'mistetico, soggiornando nel primo hotel di lusso di Trip.com.Ingresso (non serve un tavolo di ricezione), soggiorno (sorridendo sinceramente alla reception), partenza dal negozio (non cancellata in anticipo, non cancellata e cancellata fisicamente) si sente bene. L'hotel non è grande, le strutture della stanza sono più efficienti, ma molto pulite e la carta di fitness è ingressa per 24 ore.La colazione è lodata rispetto alla scala dell'hotel.Il cameriere è entusiasta, ma in inglese è generalmente. Vedendo Haikway dall'altra parte dell'hotel, è ancora gentile. L'ora locale è 05:40 in giro per l'hotel, e' completamente rilassato, non preoccuparti di alcun problema di sicurezza.

Very well maintained hotel (heritage) since 1953. Beautiful grandeur kind of a lobby. Wifi working very properly. Decent and clean rooms with very good bed and mattress. Beautiful mountain view from the room. Nice breakfast, can opt for local, French and American style. Restaurant food also great. Security very tight in and around hotel. Safe and commercial area around the hotel with Tolan fashion mall mall (10 min walk) and nice restaurants around in the area. You can pay in US dollars but there is no change in dollars or local valuta in most of the shops. Same for the hotel unfortunately. The services at the reception, housekeeping and hotel restaurants were impeccable. For non speaking Spanish persons, television channels only in Spanish, but that is I believe in other 5 star hotels too in Caracas. I do recommend this hotel to everyone. I found the Venezuelan persons very warm and friendly!

If you want to be treated as a 5 star guest don’t think it more. Go To the Renaissance. Everyone starting from the bell boy (Kerbel) the front desk people the restaurant treat you as family and you think you are the only guest of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable excellent beds. If going to Caracas these is the place to stay. It’s location etc etc

Being a stranded tourist in Caracas where cash is king and no way to use s sanctioned visa card to either pay or withdraw money, Lidotel welcomed me to their «family». From the amazing receptionists to the rockstars handling the restaurant, I felt like home. 14000 km away, I did feel like hold. Thanks to the front desk and the amazing guys at the restaurant, to name a few, Edder, Junior and Ewing - my experience turned great! I spent 3 days there but it was an awesome experience. To sum it up - if you are ever stuck, Lidotel is the place to go.
