I can highly recommend this gem of a hotel, which has the atmosphere of a friendly home, whilst offering upmarket rooms and services, including a beautiful outdoor area for breakfasts, sundowners, High Tea or whatever. The staff are friendly and efficient and nothing is too much to ask of them. The breakfasts were fabulous, great variety of fruit, freshly baked croissants and a selection of hot options. My daughter and I joined my niece, visiting from Australia and all three of us loved our stay. Unfortunately, time did not allow us to enjoy an a la carte meal in the lovely dining room or have a treatment at the on site Spa, but we hope to be back.

Beautiful Colonial style hotel and only about 20 mins drive from Cape Town Central. We absolutely loved it. Nice and quiet, our little oasis after a full days sightseeing. Spacious rooms. Food fabulous and all the staff were lovely. Couldn't do enough for us. They have car with a driver which will run you around locally. Some lovely restaurants very close by too. We would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay amazing

Highlight of our trip to South Africa. I can even put into words how happy we were to have found this place. It was beautiful! The pool and gardens are gorgeous, the staff were the nicest ive ever found in any place ive stayed. Every single member of staff was happy, accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel cared for. They were especially lovely with our 3 year old daughter! The cocktails by the pool were absolutely delicious! The food was next level - we dined at the amazing De Tefal and WOW - the food and service was 10/10, a highlight of our trip!! The Friday night steak night was delicious and we ate it in the garden - just amazing!! We will cherish our time at this hotel for the rest of our lives. You MUST STAY HERE!!! You will NOT regret it.

Our stay at Palm House Boutique Hotel was fantastic, and celebrating New Year’s Eve there made it even more special. The party was beautifully decorated with festive food, a vibrant atmosphere, and great live entertainment —truly a night to remember! The staff were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our room was fantastic—spacious, elegant, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious experience. In the morning, we enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast that was both delicious and beautifully presented. The pool area was another highlight—perfect for lounging and relaxing in style. Palm House offers a seamless blend of comfort and luxury. We left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommended! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Can’t express how fantastic the Palm House is, it’s clean, beautiful decor, small but intimate. The food is stunning, absolutely stunning but its biggest asset is its staff, so unbelievably professional, attentive and caring. Everyone we engaged with from the bar/ restaurant staff to the security guy were absolutely fantastic. We are definitely returning and next time with friends to share this idillic hotel with.

Nice restaurant at the Palm house boutique hotel. Great dinner with fresh ingredients prepared the right way. Very professional and friendly service. The menu was not the same as expected, but replacement was great. Nice setting and fire place in the lobby.

I had the most fantastic stay at Palm House. Incredibly beautiful rooms, excellent service. I had meals at the hotel which were fantastic. There is also a bar with a cosy fireplace. In summer there is a beautiful outside seating area. I could not recommend this hotel more! It certainly deserves 5 stars. The staff are all extremely friendly and attentive.

What a lovely experience we were treated to in the Spa today - this wasn’t just a regular aromatherapy massage, it was indulgence from start to finish! Thank you Leandra - I will certainly be back next time I am visiting my family in South Africa!
