Pulizia eccellente e staff gentilissimo. Letto comodissimo. Ottima la colazione ed il ristorante ha prodotti eccezionali. La cantina è molto molto buona. La posizione è perfetta a pochi passi dal Waterfront raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti . È ottimo per un soggiorno in città

I needed a last-minute stay due to a flight delay and Elzanne Chambers and the management team was able to make arrangements very quickly. I was very appreciative. The hotel was amazing. The staff was beyond reproach. From my turndown to my luggage everyone was so amazing. I always tell everyone who will listen that Africa is an amazing place. Everyone is welcomed and it shows through the people there. The decor here was very nice. I had a slight view of the harbor. I am looking to book a group here for NYE2025. I was within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. One place of improvement would be in-room dining. That was not up to par.

Had an amazing time in Cape Town staying at the Queen Victoria hotel. The location of the hotel is superb. Such an easy walk to the waterfront. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good with prompt service. Room service was on top of their game. Also had an amazing massage from Adiel at the Sanctuary Spa. When I return to Cape Town I will definitely stay here again!

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful! Staff is friendly and accommodating. The Queen Victoria was located conveniently to restaurants, museums and the waterfront. On our final day I booked a massage. My therapist was Nosi and she did not disappoint!! What an end to a perfect stay.

The hotel was amazing. Rooms were fantastic, and the staff was even more wonderful. They really went above and beyond. We will be back to wonderful Cape Town and we will definitely stay here again. I also had a massage at the hotel spa and it was truly one of the best ones I’ve ever had. When you get one ask for Susan - she is amazing!

Absolutely outstanding 60th birthday and 13th wedding anniversary location hosted by the staff of the Queen Victoria Hotel. For 2 years, my wife and I had planned our special celebrations and we could not have chosen a better location! All of the staff were warm, receptive, hospitable, and downright nice! The room furnishings were excellent, and tasteful. The room was spacious, quiet, quaint and overall romantic. The front desk employees, Tariq, Tobisa, Mohammad, Llewyn, were very professional. Lawrence and the other kitchen staff were a delightful treat. The spa area, where we had a most relaxing couples massage by Abigal, Destiny, Toolah was like an oasis in the desert. Everyone helped to make my 60th birthday a truly momentous occasion. I highly recommend Queen Victoria Hotel for your next Capetown journey. I will say, the bathroom does need to have safety grab bars and a shower chair to protect the guests from falling.

We had a Mountain View suite - room 1205. The view across the V&A Waterfront to Table Mountain was spectacular and lovely to have a balcony so we could sit outside and watch the sunsets. The room was huge. A little strange to have a shower with a glass panel through to the entrance corridor, but made it a talking point ! Being right on the main road, it was a little noisy, but not so much so as to disturb us, and worth it for the views. A few steps to the V&A Waterfront. Breakfast was a good range of cold buffet and hot options (savoury and sweet). We also had the option of breakfast at the neighbouring Victoria & Alfred hotel, which served a wonderful breakfast. In both cases, possible to sit outside and enjoy the view of Table Mountain.

We had a couples massage and facials at the spa. Tula and Destiny were wonderful. Best massages we had ever had. I would highly recommend this after long travel. The hotel is beautiful and we had a wonderful view of table mountain. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
