UUtente ospiteAverage hotel. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful to recommend nearby restaurants. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was clean but the air conditioning unit had a mind of its own. There were no additional security locks on the door other than a deadbolt. One was completely unlocked and another one would not open with a key card. The free breakfast was below average avoid if possible.

EEllebelleVery conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you.

BBrunildaIl weekend qet via per 3 giorni con mio marito vogliamo solo rilassarsi e godere del tubo caldo e piscina e avere un po 'di tempo tranquillo , le uniche denunce che ho avuto sono stati due bambini che correvano intorno facendo qualche rumore non sanno dove era l'adulto che controllava lì bambini. Era rumoroso @ 1 a 2 sono non riuscivo a dormire. Era molto anointed & de rispettoso per l'altro soggiorno qui all'hotel. Non ho chiamato la gestione che dovrei ma non l'ho fatto. Or e i bambini facevano così tanta merda nella spazzatura della strada era incredibile.

UUtente ospiteOverall, I was satisfied with my stay at Sunbird Resort and Hotel. I’m not too familiar with their other location which is adjacent to the main hotel called Sunbird Annex. The continental breakfast was nice, clean, and things were replenished for the most part. Fruits, different juices, pastries, eggs, sausages, and coffee. Although the scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausages seem to all come from a bag that was microwaved, but what more can you ask for? It was tasty, clean, and enough to feed everyone.
I read from other reviews that a s’mores kit was available for kids but was told they only provide the lighter and propane. Not a big issue, but definitely a plus if it was available as advertised. Shuttle buses and night time movies were nowhere to be seen, but I did not ask about those so I can not really speak to that.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was responsive. The room was cleaned daily and no issues with cleanliness. The room was definitely not a Hilton, bathroom could use an update. Again, for the most part it met my needs and my little kid had a blast.
