Located in a quiet neighborhood in the Bay Creek Community but just minutes from the historic district and the beach! This condo features a garage on the first level that has been converted into a game room complete with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and many more toys and outdoor games! You will also find a large fleet of bikes for your whole group to get around town. The main living space is on the second floor with 3 bedrooms and a large living room and dining area. Bedroom one hosts a kind size bed and a large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full size bed as well as a twin, perfect for the kids! Just past the shared hallway bathroom, find the third bedroom with a queen bed. All bedrooms have huge walk in closets, perfect for storage. The kitchen has all the necessities to enjoy dinner at the dining table or on the balcony!
