Welcome to 428 Plum Street, a large historic home built in 1920. Fully renovated in the spring of 2022. Located in the heart of historic Cape Charles, Virginia. Walk or cart anywhere in town from this ideal location. We are located just steps from Central Park and blocks to the Chesapeake Bay and all of the dining and shopping options along Mason Avenue. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large front porch, and best of all a large fenced outdoor space with a full bar, tv and shower.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect family spot We enjoyed our end of summer stay at the lemonade stand. The house was tidy and clean. Listing was accurate and cape Charles was charming!

Great location & great for kids! We had an excellent stay at The Lemonade Stand. The location was great - about three doors down from the park and a couple blocks from both downtown and the beach. Kitchen had all the needed amenities and we cooked most nights at the house. Has a driveway which is also helpful for the golf cart and cars with car seats. The outdoor area with kids toys is excellent for young kids. There are also baby proof door handles to keep young ones from going to the stairs. The beds were very comfortable and each room had its own thermostat. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!
