Beautiful newly remodeled tiny home. Perfect for a small family. Pets always welcome. All cookware and silverware provided. The hot tub is the perfect way to relax. We have a couple different fire pits to enjoy the cool nights to come. We are located almost walking distance from Shade Tree Saloon and are along the Twin Sisters motorcycle trail. We are 10 minutes from Potters Creek boat ramp and Canyon Lake Park. Just minutes from Guadalupe River. Several great restaurants are minutes away for you to enjoy. We have free WiFi and cable. We are located right off US Highway 281.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:When leaving put all trash in the outside trash can and turn of A/C / heaters and all lights. Lock the door and put keys back in lock box..When leaving please strip all used sheets ,pillowcases, and put all used towels in the laundry area.,Wash dishes and put in the drying rack that is located on top of the fridge.
