Welcome to Everett Inn, a darling 800 sqft farmhouse style home located in the Historic Steunenberg District in downtown Caldwell, just 1 block from College of Idaho. Close FWY access 5 mins. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho.Our house accommodates 4 guests with a private bedroom that includes a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress and a queen sized air mattress that could be set up in the bedroom or the living room area. We also have a pack n play available on request. High speed internet included. There is a private driveway directly in front of the house, steps away from the front door that you have access to. Additional on street parking available. We are pet friendly but please be aware that our yard is not fully fenced. We have an additional pet fee of $10 per pet for each night of stay. Please mention that you have a pet (s) in your reservation message to us and we will modify the reservation price to reflect the pet fee. No more than two animals. We have a few additional house rules with pets. They must be well behaved or trained. Please keep your animals leashed when outside the cottage. Have them do their business on the grass and pick up after them. No pets on the furniture. No excessive noise. Animals left alone when you leave the cottage must be left in a kennel or crate. There is a community pool, basketball court, and playground a block away. The community pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Just a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. This mother-in-law suite is the perfect home away from home! Located in Caldwell just 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the College of Idaho, and 15 minutes from the Snake River Valley Wine Region, you won't be short of things to do in the area. However, if you're more of a relax and unwind person, the suite itself is also perfect for you. The bathroom features a two person soaker tub/shower combo and marble vanity. In the living area, you will find a flat screen TV, a comfy couch with a chaise lounge and recliner that faces a cozy electric fireplace, and a cute kitchenette* equipped with fridge, microwave, small slow cooker, coffee maker, blender, and griddle. The bedroom offers a soft king-sized bed*, black out curtains, two large closets, and a patio door that exits directly onto a private deck beside the private pool*** and hot tub. While we (the owners) reside in the main house attached to the suite, the separate entrance makes sure you still have privacy. We have set up this Suite so that you and a few friends can stay all together, however, we do recommend this property for TWO to FOUR people due to the limited space available. Just because you CAN fit 7 or 8 people in the Suite doesn't mean it's the perfect set up. Read on for more amenities! People amenities (fees apply): flexible check-in and check-out times, laundry service, and ride service. Amenities are subject to availability.
