Premier Inn Lincoln (Canwick)

As ever the stay here doesn’t disappoint the staff are all very friendly and helpful. So nice to see such a wide range at reception and all going towards charity, is excellent. The room was spotless and the breakfast I won at reception was great!

Well located hotel, just opposite the excellent International Bomber Command Centre, which is well worth a visit and has a great view of the city from the garden. Premier plus room comfortable but the speed of water flow to the basin was very poor. Breakfast was good, as was service.

Met a group of old friends at the premier inn, great stay as you can always expect. Lovely staff, every member we came across was very friendly and smiley. Room very clean, didn't have a chance to head over to the restaurant but they didn't have much in the way of a menu anyway.

This is a review regarding the restaurant. We had a long standing booking for a family Xmas get together. Unfortunately we found out 24 hours prior to our booking that the restaurant had major food distribution problems We had all pre ordered from the festive menu but none of this was going to be available We decided we had no option other than to go ahead with our booking as we were such a large family booking travelling far and wide for our get together and had premier inn hotel bookings too at the venue. ! However , although the menu was extremely limited we made the best of it. We had a lovely area for our get together which suited us perfectly The food was okay and we had the best time. But our waiter JAMES was amazing, he was so patient and made our evening! Thank you James ! You were brilliant!

Great location and very friendly staff who are helpful and welcoming. However rooms are a bit dated now compared to other premier inns I have stayed in recently that have been modernised with things like walk in showers. Water pressure an issue and also had problems with food as they had not had a delivery. Would stay again though.

Had a great stay here with family just before the christmas break. Really great to see the effort they've put in with the charity shop in the reception, lovely clean rooms and very comfy beds, seem to have ungraded the smaller beds finally! Lovely stay.
