Hotel in zona Target, Canoga Park

This place is so sweet, so clean, feels prestige. Great area as well, only parking is expensive.

La mia ragazza ha chiamato l'hotel per ottenere una sconti di gruppo speciale, a condizione che un certo numero di ospiti prenoti una stanza in nome del gruppo (non ricordo le richieste di un numero specifico, forse cinque), Inoltre, se il numero è abbastanza, si può aggiornare alla suite oltre alla sconto sul prezzo.Viviamo nella suite, ci sento bene!Questo è un hotel Courtyard, quindi non ci sbagliaremo mai, e questo hotel è migliore di un hotel Courtyard ordinario. La stanza è molto buona, così è la piscina, ma non c'è un bagno caldo: (ci sono molti cibi intorno, ci sono ristoranti da scegliere all'hotel.Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti per guidare attraverso la montagna (Topanga Canyon) alla spiaggia.Ci sono molti negozi vicino all'hotel, Cio'di cui sto parlando si riferisce a un chilometro di più o a circa tre chilometri di distanza.Siamo molto soddisfatti di questa sistemazione, ma forse non siamo disposti a pagare il prezzo pieno per vivere in questo hotel, che è completamente accettabile se è inferiore al prezzo indicato dal governo.

We were shocked by the positive reviews for this hotel. We arrived late at night. When we got off the elevator, there was a huge pile of vomit on the floor. We went down to the front desk to let the staff know. The desk agent said that he knew about the vomit, but didn't have anyone to clean it. He said he had a photo of it on his phone and would let the cleaning crew know as soon as they arrived. We went back up to our room. The entire hallway on our floor stank from the vomit and a pervasive smoke odor (despite having reserved a nonsmoking room). Our room was filthy. There was hair in the tub and the edges of the shower had pink fungus growing in there, which suggested that it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks or months. The room stank of smoke. The beds were hard as a rock, the safe in the closet had no batteries, so it was unusable. The drains in both the shower and the sink were clogged. We were disgusted, but so tired from traveling that we decided to sleep and switch rooms in the morning. When we got up the next day, the pile of vomit was still in the hallway. We went down to the lobby to alert the front desk that the vomit had not been cleaned. A new desk agent was there and he said that he knew that the vomit was there but his janitorial crew had only been in for a few hours and hadn't been able to clean it yet. A FEW HOURS??? It would seem that vomit in a public space would be the very first important thing to clean when the staff arrived in the morning. The desk agent literally couldn't care less that there was a public health issue that had been sitting there, unattended to, for over 14 hours. All things being equal, we decided not to eat the included breakfast. If the hotel staff can't be trusted to keep public spaces clean, how could we trust that food had been handled properly? This was the most revolting hotel stay we've ever experienced and we've stayed in some pretty questionable accommodations in far flung locations. We contacted Holiday Inn about our experience and never heard a word back.

La stanza è ancora molto pulita, ha prenotato quattro notti, ma il viaggio temporaneo non può essere cancellato, non può essere capito, così tanti hotel possono essere lasciati in anticipo.

We like the Airtel. We’ve stayed here many times over the years. We were told they closed to the public for a couple years and became a homeless shelter. Admirable, but now that they’re open to the public again they really need to resume the same services they had. No restaurants. No in-room coffee. No microwave. No refrigerator (unless you ask for one and lucky enough to get one of few they have left). Crack in the bathroom sink. Not even an ice-machine, but at least you can bring your ice bucket to the front desk and they’ll fill it for you. It’s evident that they HAVE been working on restoring the place; the room was clean, great pillows, A/C worked fine, but they have a long way to go to regain their “former glory”. Were it not for Gary at the front desk (who did everything in his power to make us happy), we probably wouldn’t be back, but we will return.

I booked this hotel based upon three facts. I am an IHG Rewards Member. I trust the ”Holiday Inn' brand, and it was in close proximity to a few places my dad and I wanted to visit on a long planned father/son trip. I immediately knew I had made a mistake when we arrived and the entrance door to the room was on the outside of the building, not the inside. It looked more like a ”rent by the hour” type motel. There was nearly a one inch gap between the bottom of the entrance doorway and the floor. The furniture inside the room was worn and dated. The mattresses weren't ”Holiday Inn” quality. Housekeeping showed up after 6:30 one evening and copped and attitude when we told them all we needed were towels and wash cloths as we were checking out the next morning. The only reason this review gets two stars as opposed to one is the breakfast service. The lady who worked the dining room did an OUTSTANDING job. I'm sure whatever she is being paid, it isn't enough. I wouldn't complain if it weren't for the price we were charged for the room. Perhaps they were taking advantage of a couple of guys from out of town, I don't know. Regardless, they charged WAY too much for what we received! If I am ever in Simi Valley again and I will certainly seek out another option!

La stanza è pulita e igienica, le strutture di base sono completi, il servizio è buono, la colazione occidentale è generale, il rapporto costo-beneficiario.Satisfacente.

C'è stato un po'di problemi nell'organizzazione della stanza, ho tolto tre volte, finalmente ho cambiato il mio tipo di stanza!E'bene che il servizio clienti di Trip.com aiuta a risolvere il problema per la prima volta. Grazie mille, sorella, per il servizio clienti, e per il calore in un paese straniero. Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto soddisfatte, la colazione è relativamente ricco, e c'è tè caldo e caffè alla porta.

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico - ho persino prolungato il mio soggiorno - ma l'ultima notte, il mio vicino di viaggio è andato fuori di testa. C'era da urlare. Urlando. Imprecazioni - tutti i tipi di drammi. La direzione ha chiamato il dipartimento dello sceriffo locale e alla fine il problema è stato risolto. Non è stato divertente. Faceva paura. Parla di un soggiorno piacevole che va di traverso... Accidenti!!
