Our stay at the Mirage was a fantastic family getaway! The service was great in that staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had an issue with the dryer door, I called the service desk and this was fixed while we were out, and additional towels were provided in the meantime. The resort itself had breathtaking views, clean and spacious apartment, great breakfast which accommodated my vegan diet and was only a 30 minute from Proserpine airport (and although we were at the very end apartment, they transported us there). The 4 star rating for the facilities was because non of the lifts around the resort (not the apartment ones) were working during our visit, so we had to carry our pram up and down flights of stairs to get to the pool, restaurant and the boardwalk. The 4 star rating for the location was because although we had multiple restaurants within walking distance, they were all closed for most of the time that we were there (we stayed Sunday-Thursday). We traveled with our 2.5 month baby and had the most relaxing time; I would highly recommend the Mirage.

Completely exceeded our expectations. Great apartment with a great ocean view. Wouls definitely book again for our next vacation to Whitsundays.

Had a lovely stay at the apartments. The one bedroom was massive Full kitchen and laundry lounge room. Lovely deep bath Views are amazing Walking distance to many places. Breakfast was lovely staff were very friendly. The 1 resturant and bar shuts at 2pm. Awesome views. Pools were great. Adults only pool snd the general pool that has day beds

房間很大，周圍環境ok，但是衞生情況堪憂。 晚上洗澡發現淋噴頭上臟乎乎的，找前台説下班了要明天十點上班才能給我們看…第二天和我們説是水垢… 半夜發現床靠背的牆上都是螞蟻，晚上都不敢睡，和前台反應和我們説消殺過了，但第二天晚上還是有… 早飯也不好吃 2000多的酒店這個衞生和服務水平，風景再美也不想再來第二次…

前台服務非常周到細緻，衞生也不錯。雖然酒店有點兒舊了，有些設施也壞了，但是勝在酒店的服務真的非常好，很熱情，早餐也很好吃呢！

感覺住進來有點失望，因為是2000多RMB一晚上，我們當時感覺應該比較新的房間，結果住進來發現房間比較舊。 1. 沙發上有很多沒發洗掉的污漬，不能説臟，但是不太新。 2. 之後陽台很臟，沙塵很多，沒有怎麼清理乾淨。（也有可能是因為我們住的一樓花草多的原因） 3. 酒店游泳池挺小的。 4. 次卧和公用浴室燈光比較暗，很不舒服，並且開不了窗，很悶。 5. 主卧的衞生間結構很不合理，浴缸對着床，因此去洗漱區要繞一大圈，很不方便，且淋浴區的花灑水量小且沒有玻璃間隔，容易弄濕一大片地方。另外洗臉盆很矮，不方便。設施可能是為了方便殘疾人羣，但對普通客户很不友好。 總體而言，我認為2000元一晚住這家酒店不太值，如果在中國國內可以住到很新很好的酒店了。 所以個人不太推薦這家酒店，如果要在艾爾利海灘留宿，比較推薦Airlie Beach Hotel，雖然沒住過，但旅行社員工曾經推薦我説這是許多遊客的選擇，配備設施會比較齊全，比幻影度假村酒店便宜，因為主要是客房形式而不是公寓式，並且就在島上的市中心地區，樓下就有很多不錯的餐廳和商店，和海邊隔了一條馬路，雖然有可能會吵一點，但也方便不少。

真的很喜歡這裏，首先感謝前台小姐姐cai的協助，幫我們和接送機公司聯繫，因為我們想早點到機場。房間很大，設施很齊全，景色很美。早餐也很豐富，大家都很熱情。下次一定還會來這裏

設施：健身房、泳池、餐廳 衞生：很乾凈 環境：土澳的環境依舊很生態化 服務：前台有會中文的小姐姐，然後會有工作人員開車送你到你住的單元樓下 離主街有很長的距離，附近有漢堡王和大超市但是也要走一段距離 去主街可以在主幹道坐bus，很方便，建議買Daily ticket

酒店週末無服務 在當地算很不錯 比較老舊但是其他估計更差 綜合還算不錯啦。
