Avaton Hotel Cannes

Very basic which is fine if it’s clean and comfortable. Room so small you have to move the bed to get to the hanging space. Toilet roll never replaced so ran out and due to no reception working in the evening I had to go to the shop and buy some ! Reception very noisy right outside bedroom door chatting to friends on a video call at 7.30am and this woke me up. Cold water in shower at 9.30am No water in room.

A great experience, highly recommend. You have to walk up a few flights of stairs fyi in case of mobility issues.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and have been scammed as I bought a room which did not correspond to the one I was given. The pictures of the Signature room advertised on Hotels did not correspond with the room given because far too small compared to the ones in pictures: missing desk with chair and no double open wardrobe which was the reason why I decided to pay more for more comfort. The owner did not do anything about it and did not offer any kind of compensation which I find appalling and insulting. I was unable to access the ‘mini’ balcony due to my luggage and constantly hurt myself because I had to walk by the wall against a flipping table which hurt my leg everytime due to 20cm gap between wall and bed. Bed is small 140cm and bathroom was made by inserting a glass division in the room with no vent and privacy. Access to reception is by stairs only and very steep therefore not recommended to people with issues… no fridge and despite the good double windows which locked the noise from outside everything could be heard from the inside including the toilet flushing above your head… staff do not speak English and we’re definitely not helpful in sorting our room issue therefore overall a very bad stay … shame because the room on the reception level (might be noisier due to being next to their storage) was far cheaper and bigger than the one I got… avoid this place unless you are willing to compromise

la chambre, surtout cote cour, est d'un calme imperial, la proximite des restaurants et de la vie nocturne et tres agreable. Le personnel est tres professionel et a l'ecoute, on vous met tout de suite a l'aise en arrivant

Cet hotel est bien situé, proche de la rue Meynadier. Mais cet atout a été aussi pour moi un défaut car le quartier est très bruyant et impossible de dormir tant que le quartier fait la fête. J'aurais dû mieux réfléchir avant de réserver Sinon la chambre est propre, l'accueil est sympa, mais la salle de bain trop petite, et le rideau n'est pas du tout opaque, donc encore difficile de dormir avec les lumières du quartier Et un réfrigérateur dans la salle aurait été appréciable

L'accueil est fabuleux avec des personnes extrêmement dévouées...Radima est une perle!!! Les chambres sont très propres ..confortables ... Un petit hôtel qui vaut être un grand Merci grâce à vous ce fut un très beau séjour
