Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel, lontano dal centro città, non c'è nulla che sia a livello, anche l'aria condizionata ci è venuta a mancare di notte sotto i 30°. L'unica cosa che abbiamo potuto ottenere è stato un pessimo fan. Un consiglio per andare per la tua strada.

L'ambiente e le camere sono molto buone. Anche il servizio è stato molto buono. Dopo il check-out, ho lasciato oggetti importanti nella cassaforte e mi sono dimenticato di prenderli. Quando sono tornato a prenderli, una responsabile della camera era molto responsabile e mi ha aiutato a prenderli. Molto dedito alla risoluzione del problema. Ottimo 👍

Uno dei miei preferiti durante questo viaggio, il piccolo castello è molto elegante e anche l'atteggiamento del servizio è buono!

La posizione dell hotel è ottima per chi vuole tranquillità un po lontana dal centro necessità di auto per raggiungerlo La colazione abbastanza buona proporrei maggiore varietà. La piscina non era ancora attrezzata di cuscini e il ristorante era chiuso per la cena nei giorni del nostro soggiorno Nel complesso non male Forse ancora devono ben attrezzarsi per la stagione.

Il castello si trova vicino a Cannes ed è fuori dalla confusione di Cannes. Colazione abbondante, staff molto disponibile e cortese. Abbiamo anche provato la cucina per una cena, ed è stato fantastico. Consigliatissimo

Tutto fantastico. Ottimo per chi cerca relax e tranquillità grazie alla sua posizione defilata dal centro. Personale di una squisita gentilezza. Ambienti ben arredati e pulizia al top. Molto curate le aree verdi

Curato in ogni particolare ti dona tranquillità e serenità. Posizionato in collina si ha una vista stupenda su Cannes con vista mare, colazione buona, pulizia delle stanze eccellente, servizi mi l’ho attento alle esigenze e cordiale.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte e tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene. Andrebbe un po' sistemato, c'erano delle crepe ed il bagno era un po' troppo vecchiotto. Bella vista sul mare. Posizione strategica per visitare tutti i borghi della costa azzurra.

We stayed two nights at this hotel in August. Upon arrival, we noticed our room’s air conditioner was not functional. We spoke to reception and they came to check and confirmed it was on. We left for a couple of hours, leaving the air conditioner on full fan, hoping to cool the room. On our return, the room was even warmer so we asked to be moved to another room. The room we were moved to was a staff space and had no light, an unclean bathroom, a mouldy smell and holes in the plaster on the walls. But it did have a working air conditioner and by this time of afternoon, we were not able to find an affordable alternative hotel so we agreed to stay. We were told by the reception staff that we would discuss a refund in the morning with the manager. The next day when we asked to speak to the manager, we were told she had left for the day. We asked the receptionist to please call her to confirm our refund. Over the phone, she confirmed that we would be reimbursed for our stay the following day. As we went to check out the following morning, we were told that the manager doesn’t work on Mondays and as we had a plane to catch, we had to take the receptionists word that it would be sorted on Tuesday. It has now been three weeks and we have sent a dozen emails which go unanswered. The few times we have been able to have a phone call answered, we face the same excuse of the manager not being there. I am imploring the manager to please get in contact with me about this issue. In the meantime, if you’re considering staying here - I’d choose somewhere else.

Wow, I feel like I’m being pranked. This is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but if you’re familiar with the American hotel brand Motel 6, this is more like that. We were walked to the Deluxe room that we paid for and when we stepped inside, it was like a sauna. It was as hot as it was outside, and it was 32°C/90°F. The gentleman who walked us up then said that the a/c was broken, as he offered us a smaller room that had a working a/c. Because we knew we would not be able to sleep in that sweltering room, we opted for the smaller room. When we walked into that room, I was doubting my choice. It is clearly not a room they usually offer because it was disgusting. Holes in the walls, peeling paint and wallpaper, weird mismatched furniture that felt like it was collected from a garage sale, stained carpet, cheap rickety shelving/hanger unit…just entirely unacceptable from an aesthetic perspective - and I am willing to give a lot of latitude usually. Just look at the photos of this €300/night, 4-star hotel. We were offered a free breakfast as compensation, which is almost an insult. Happily we’re only staying here one night.

This Hotel was clean and had a very nice view up on the hillside. Beautiful trees, pool was nice. The staff (except Leo) were not very easy to work with or helpful. It was super difficult to get drinking water! No manager on duty to speak with. Heard other people complaining about the service as well.
