When we first arrived at the hotel, the reception wasn’t open, so when we saw that we got the wrong room we couldn’t change before the next day.. And when we came to the room, we had to make the bed ourselves, and it wasn’t clean sheets either (had stains and shoe marks on them). In the bathroom we had one towel each, and we asked to get them changed after three days, we got told that we had to wait 7 days to get new ones.. And when we finally got new towels, most of them were dirty. And with toilet paper, when we got there it was half full with paper so when we were out, and asked for more, we got told that we had to buy our own. Also when we got back to the hotel after a day at the beach we could tell that someone had been in the room, and been through our things.. (This happens so many times, that the last nights we stayed there, I didn’t feel safe at all). We also ordered a package to the hotel, after we got the green light from the reception themselves. When we got a message that the package had arrived, the reception denied that they got any post that day and wasn’t helpful at all. We asked if they please could look if any other person had received the package. The receptionist just looked for 2 seconds, and said no. Then we asked the hotel next door if they got it delivered there, but they didn’t.. Then when we went to go back into our hotel we could see that they had our package in their hands. Looked like they were gonna take it for themselves. I saw the earlier (bad) reviews, and the hotel have responded that they are sorry, and are going to do better, can’t see that they have at all! A really long review (had a lot to say), but my point: Stay away from this hotel! It really was hotel from hell for us.

Unfortunately I booked this apartment not realising it didn't have any AC (my fault), however after kindly asking to cancel the booking and get refunded within 24hrs of making my booking I was told that it wasn't possible. Having explained the reason why i.e it was unusually warm at that time of year and I had a 2year old child who would need AC. I was told that no refund was possible. I accepted this, However after making the booking I was then asked if I wanted bedding for a further €40, after cancelling the booking I was told that I wasn't eligible for a refund on sheets and towels that I hadn't even used. Long story short these people who manage this property have the WORST customer service, are rude and I advise anyone thinking of staying here to go elsewhere. Disgusting behaviour. AND looking at the other reviews there are many many others who feel the same. STAY AWAY

Had a great time, the complex itself is fine, we were lucky and had a recently refurbished room with brand new kitchen air-con and furniture. Don't expect to be in the centre of Cannes, it's about a 25 minute walk to the port, so doable if you're up to it and you can stop off at the very Cabins on the way for a drink or snack. The pools are great and the beach is literally across the road! Parking is a little tricky, but we managed to get one right outside on the street as ours didn't include a space in the underground car park, but there are spaces by the beach and there is a car park just around the corner. Superb bakery just a short walk away and the usual superb mini markets with everything you'll need.

LISEZ ATTENTIVEMENT ! FUYEZ ABSOLUMENT CET ÉTABLISSEMENT GÉRÉ PAR DES ESCROCS, TOUT EST MAL ORGANISÉ, ILS VOUS FACTURENT DES FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES INUTILES. ILS SE PERMETTENT DE FAIRE CELA ALORS QUE L’APPARTEMENT EST TOTALEMENT SALE ET MAL ENTRETENU, AVEC LA PRÉSENCE DE CERTAINS CAFARDS, DES SOURIS ÉGALEMENT DANS LE LOCAL POUBELLE. ET BIEN PLUS. IL N’Y A AUCUN POINT POSITIF SUR CETTE ESCROQUERIE. L’ÉTABLISSEMENT EST ÉTOUFFANT, ON PEUT Y TROUVER DES ADOLESCENTS ROULER DE L’ILLÉGAL. JE PEUX VOUS GARANTIR QUE C’EST L’ENDROIT QUI SALIT LE PLUS LA VILLE DE CANNES. JE PEUX VOUS DIRE QUE JE N’AI PU PROFITER DE MES VACANCES, TOUTE L’ANNÉE J’AI ÉCONOMISÉ POUR POUVOIR PROFITER AVEC MES ENFANTS MAIS ÇA A ÉTÉ UN DÉSASTRE. IRRESPECTUEUX !!! À FUIR !!!!!

Très agréable séjour. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Le logement etait confortable. La literie de bonne qualité. Nombreux placards. Belle terrasse. Cuisine bien équipée en électroménager. Parking bien sécurisé. Merci.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Cannes dans un bel appartement très propre avec une belle vue sur la mer. Cette résidence est très bien située, bien entretenue et très proche des commerces, de la plage, du bus pour aller dans Cannes. Le parking en sous-sol est appréciable surtout par les fortes chaleurs mais ce n’était pas le cas pendant notre séjour.
