Hotel con parcheggio a Canmore

La camera è grande con cucina e lavastoviglie, molto raccomandata, ma è costosa, ma il resto degli altri hotel/alloggio nella zona e un po' più economico rispetto agli hotel di Banff. Pulizia e ben mantenuta 👍

Questo è stato il peggior hotel “luxurioso” che abbia mai soggiornato. I nostri due hotel a stelle lungo il cammino erano più bello e molto più pulito. La mia esperienza familiare è peggiorata ogni giorno. Dopo tre giorni e senza risoluzione ci hanno lasciato andare e non pagano per il resto del nostro viaggio con un piccolo sconto nei primi tre giorni. La stanza non era pulita all'arrivo. Il divano ha bisogno di essere completamente sostituito, perché sembra che l'abbiano preso fuori dalla strada. Sì, ma non è stato un problema, ma non è stato un problema. La casa si è presentata, anche se ci è stato detto che non sarebbero venuti nella nostra stanza per la sicurezza degli ospiti e del personale. Il loro sito web non descrive l'esperienza reale che avrete. Vai in aspettare molto meno di quanto descritto e paga un prezzo che corrisponde a quello che avrete. La mia ultima stronzata era quando la porta del garage sotto di noi non stava aprindo e chiudendo a voce alta per tutta la notte. Ho un video di quanto era alto e frequente, ma non posso postare qui. Il personale del scrivania sembrava sorpreso che questo accadasse quando gli ho mostrato il video. Based on the piles of drywall dust in the corners of the rooms this is not a new issue. They also roll 3 very large and loud dumpers in and out of the garage before 8am. Be warned the parking situation is horrible if you have a car that is not compact. We booked this resort through ******* as a package deal. Yes it is pricey and worked out to be around $500 a night for the three of us in a 1 bedroom. On checkin and throughout our 5 days there, the young lady behind the desk was in our honest opinion not at all fuzzy and warm but instead very sad looking who never cracked a smile and was very short in any questions we had about the resort. There was only 2 girls there during our stay and the one mentioned works the later shift. Anyhow moving on the hotel was clean, the kitchen was well eqipped, the bed was comfy and ac was cool. The only prob was the small shower in the units that leaked water all over the place if you were not super careful. Parking was a bit of a struggle in the underground spots they give you because most spots are reserved for owners of the units and not so much the rentals. We had dinner one night at the restaurant which was super good and breakfast one morning which was deliscious. Didnt use the pools or hot tubs so i cannot comment. Hallways needs updating as the lobby as well. Thats about it we still enjoyed it despite some negative things

Ottimo servizio! Ci sono stati i tubi caldi e la nostra stanza ha tutto quello che ci serve (tostapane, caffè, barbecue, tavolo e sedie, divano, tavolo da tè, ecc!). La posizione era a pochi passi dal centro, ma fuori strada, così potevamo arrivare rapidamente all'autostrada. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui!

Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, la stanza che ci era stata assegnata aveva un bagno vuoto. Il desk ci ha rapidamente dato la stanza vicino alla porta. La stanza era ok. Non capisco perché le tende nella stanza non possono essere completamente chiuse. Non abbiamo scelto il colazione scontato. La posizione era centrale.

We stayed here 2nights while waiting for the winter tires to get installed.. that is saying that we did not have a car for two days but the location of this lodge was great so that we were comfortably able to stay :) Everything was walking distance and lots of great food options around us! The TV was huge and we enjoy google Chromecast (brought ours) all day long! The hot tub was right beside our room so We just quickly run into the tub but there is no changing room so it would be inconvenient to someone if their room is far from the tub. Only complain I would have is that there was no microwave for the room of selection we had.

Certamente molto felice con il nostro soggiorno. Vicino alla stazione di autobus per andare a Banff. E 10-15min camminare a Canmore nel centro città. Ci sono sicuramente più vicine, ma per l'importo che abbiamo pagato, siamo molto felici con il soggiorno. I confortanti sono super caldi e confortevoli. Ma devo dire che i flussi di bagno sono piuttosto deboli, un'altra cosa è la carta chiave che tende a disattivare da soli (doppio), che ha creato un inconveniente per venire a farli riattivare. E quando l'ho portato al divano frontale, mi hanno accusato di aver messo la carta vicino al mio telefono, che la demagnetizza, invece di educare e scusarsi. Ma altrimenti, buon soggiorno!

Questo resort è stupendo! La nostra famiglia ha scelto questo resort l'ultimo minuto dopo aver avuto una terribile esperienza in un altro resort. Stoneridge ha avuto una vacanza che ci ha adattato perfettamente! Tim era super utile e così benvenuto! Il resort è pulito e bellissimo, e la piscina all'aperto e il tubo caldo sono sorprendenti ... anche in mezzo all'inverno! Raccomando questo resort a chiunque stia cercando una splendida esperienza di montagna. Il personale e gli alloggi sono top notch! Un bel posto per rilassarsi e ricarrare!

I stayed in unit 211. This was a one bedroom unit with full kitchen and balcony and booked through booking dot com. The unit looked well maintained, but it lacked hot water in the kitchen and the dishwasher was broken. Also, the main tv had to HDMI input working, so that was also a problem. However, the rest of the unit was clean and functional. The front desk were responsive and quick to send up a maintenance person (who couldnt really fix the problems). But at the price point I was paying, these were minor inconveniences. Underground parking was convenient. The bathroom had hot water (which was more important). I would stay here again at this price point.
