環境：酒店很新，位置也不錯，交通方便； 服務：服務是本次住宿期間我最不滿意的一點。我很少給酒店寫評價，這次實在是忍不住要吐槽。不知道是酒店太新、員工沒有培訓到位還是什麼原因，感覺像一個巨大的草台班子，毫無服務意識：1.辦理入住時説會有歡迎果盤送到客房，但等我們吃完夜宵回來（四五個小時之後），也沒看見傳説中的果盤。這個體驗感真的很差，其實你大可以不提供果盤，我也不是為了個果盤訂的酒店對不？非要我打電話去前台要？？2.客房打掃馬虎，淋浴房裡我用完的洗髮液旅行裝袋子打掃完了還留在裏面，陽台上的外賣盒子也沒收走，怎麼，打掃過程自動忽略陽台了？？主卧衞生間的紙用完了也不補充；3.最離譜的是大堂的茶吧，昨天早上我等房間清理的時候去大堂喝茶，出於禮貌，服務員把茶端上來之後我和她道謝。結果小姑娘面無表情扭頭就走了，連最基本的禮貌都不懂嗎？真的是離譜至極； 設施：酒店有健身房，但健身房沒啥器械；客房隔音不行，這次訂的是套房的房型，在客廳區域可以將門外的動靜聽的清清楚楚，晚上就寢必須把連接客廳、卧室還有衣帽間的門關上；
