Super friendly/helpful staff- beautiful/clean property. We had a really positive experience at this Marriott on our family trip. We stopped on our way from CT to Michigan. Front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival and during our stay. The rooms were huge and updated- the pullout bed was very comfortable for my son to sleep on. There is another Marriott located behind this one that is on a golf course. (Caters more to golfers) - a lot of cigar smoke on patio so I don’t recommend that Marriott if traveling with young children. The restaurant on site gave us a good local ice cream recommendation. We also ordered food from the restaurant from the app in room and they delivered to the front desk.

This was a great place for us to stop on our trip. Our room & the common areas were very clean. We got a warm welcome & received a room on the 3rd floor. The room had 2 queens, a fridge, microwave & a sitting room with a desk and a couch. There were complimentary cookies in the lobby when we checked in. At breakfast, there was a good variety of food choices. Breakfast was complimentary. The only downside was the air from the AC blew on our faces when we slept. Unfortunately it was too warm to turn the AC off. For dinner we went over to the Kennsington Grill at a golf course that was very close to the hotel.

Fabulous stay!
Amazing stay for an over night. Suite was perfect for 5! Rested well, very neat hotel and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone interested in staying.

We stopped for a quick overnight on our way to Michigan. The hotel itself and the room we stayed in were very clean. I would prefer another mirror in the room itself so we all didn’t have to crowd in the bathroom to do our hair, makeup, etc… The bed was comfortable and we all slept very well. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. Overall, nice stay, would recommend and would stay again.

My husband and I have been staying here for a month at Springhill Suites for a month awaiting our home to finish building. We will be here another 2 weeks. We have had an awesome experience this being our temporary home. All of the dishes, pots and pans, washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, stove, etc were a part of the suit. There is also unlimited bottled water in the lobby. The front desk associates are like family. You can ask Emmy and Daryl anything. You never feel like you are bothering them. In the evenings, you can come down to the bar and have a drink/ small plate. There is breakfast for free everyday. We truly cannot say enough about how happy we chose this hotel to stay in at this stressful transitional time of our lives.

Breakfast was great, so many options! Room was so clean and management was helpful and compassionate! Checkout time is later so you don’t have to rush and pack after breakfast! So much space in the lobby for both breakfast and the bar! Would come back!

Here Wed thru Sun, no housekeeping,?! Had to ask for toilet paper, tissues, and towels, since the day we were told housekeeping would come we put all of the towels in the floor as instructed. Had to tell them thw giant coffee carafe was empty one morning.

Springhill Suites in Canfield is top notch. The workers were EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. The hotel was pristine. The rooms are very logically laid out. Breakfast included was awesome! Seriously, no bad feedback whatsoever. We will definitely be staying here whenever we get back!

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. The woman checking us in was helpful and gave us great recommendations for dinner. She was kind and informative. Will definitely stay in this very clean and friendly hotel in the future. Close to many points of interest.
