Inizialmente ero scettico, poiché la posizione dell'hotel era insolita rispetto a quella che si trovano nel metro, dove la classe e la sofisticazione erano le cose che normalmente cercate quando prenotate un bellissimo soggiorno. Ma quando sono arrivato al posto, mi ha sorpreso di vedere come si stanno dando il meglio a migliorare i servizi ai loro ospiti! La villa che abbiamo soggiornato era enorme, non riuscivo a credere quanto fosse grande per 4 persone! Le mura sul tetto erano tutte magnificamente belle! Il loro buffet e piatti erano in punto! Abbiamo avuto una vasta selezione di cibo e tutti li amavamo! Eravamo benedetti perché abbiamo posseduto la piscina privata per noi stessi quel tempo! Abbiamo anche trascorso un bel tempo al loro altro resort - i Sandi Bianchi Vitalis attraverso il loro trasferimento gratuito di navetta. Infine, il personale era molto accogliente, così come i loro interni! Grande squadra di lavoro! Se rimarremmo di nuovo, certamente torneremo in questo bel resort!

This was our second time to visit Vigan as a family and our first time to stay at Panadores De Vigan, and we are so very glad that we did! The staff are friendly and helpful from booking all the way to our departure. They even went out of their way to find out if the local coffee shop would be open since it was a holiday when we arrived. We were greeted with warm and friendly demeanor, and we were able to check-in earlier (1245PM). It's located near some of the popular tourist spots, restaurants yet it's quiet. We also did not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or guests. Our rooms were on the second floor. They were clean, pleasant, lots of room and complete with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and we had the best sleep during our stay. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but it was immediately fixed. Our breakfast was served on time as requested. Our rooms were cleaned during our stay. Just a couple of minor improvements: The water pressure in the shower could be stronger and maybe have the bathroom door fixed (we had to push it really hard for it to close). Recommendation/Suggestion: Provide a water dispenser in the room for added comfort. Two water bottles were provided for free and refilled the next day, but it would be nicer to have access to a water dispenser inside the room rather than having to buy and carry water bottles from the store whenever we went out. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, and I definitely recommend them especially for families and big groups. By the way, they are right across the street from the famous First Sinangloa (they're open as early as 6AM). A few blocks from the public market where we bought bagnet and longganisa for our ”pasalubong”. The parking was a big plus! They have ample parking for their guests.

This is a newly renovated hotel on 4 levels in the old city centre and is a bit of an oasis! The foyer is clean, light and bright gives a great first impression. The corridors on each level have tiled floors and are clean and well maintained . The rooms are spacious and very clean and the airon works perfectly as does the TV with some international chanels available. At the roof top there is a rather nice small swimming pool and a great spacious rooftop bar serving food and drinks. The area could perhaps benefit from some sun umbrellas in the daytime but is lovely and cool in the evenings. The ground floor restaurant is clean and serves very good local food. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and accomodating and appear to be better trained than the average. All round this is very comfortable！

Abbiamo ricevuto l'aggiornamento al loro hotel principale, l'hotel principale (strada) è vicino a chiamare crisologo, l'hotel è un soggiorno obbligatorio se siete in Vigan, la camera d'hotel (reina) è grande, la pulizia globale è grande, il personale dell'hotel è tranquillo incomodando, le strutture erano fantastiche, IG dignitoso, se si è in arte e pittura, si è nel posto giusto, capolavori da Manansala, Juan Luna, Imao e altri 👌👌👌
