Silver Sands Hideaway

Hotel staff very friendly. The rooms was clean, slightly outdated however still good enough. Swimming pool clean and good size. This is second time we have come, and already booking to go again. Highly recommend for family’s and friends. Quiet location.

Stayed at this hotel over new year for 2 weeks. The hotel is a little tired but was clean and tidy. The room we were in was big with a balcony and very comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was the normal Goan choice of eggs cooked to order with a small selection of other breakfast item's. There was a small charge for extras ie. Bacon sausage and other breakfast items. We had snacks /sandwiches for lunch which were a little hit and miss from what we were expecting but perfectly edible. Evening meals we always ate in one of the restaurants in Candolim as there was so much choice and at very reasonable prices. What we loved about this hotel were the staff and its position. The staff are what make this place a little gem everyone was pleasant and genuinely pleased to see you. If you asked for anything, if they could do it for you they would. The position of the hotel is behind its sister hotel opposite the football ground making it very central to walk in either direction to the bars, restaurants shops or the beach. The nice thing about it position was that the world could be going mad, (on the main road with the what appears to be the very normal practice of using the car horn every few seconds for every car of which there were lots,) and you couldn’t hear a thing. The pool is a nice size with a few sun-beds around with a smaller plunge pool. We never had a problem getting a sun-bed in the mornings and usually did the afternoon at somewhere nearer to the beach. Will we be going back, definitely, we booked for next January as soon as we got back.

Just had 21nightS at this lovley hotel . Staff are friendly and will do all they can for you always smiling . Very clean breakfast plenty swimming pool very clean . Beds comfy pillows soft. Never saw any bugs in the room or hotel . Sorry we are leaving today lovley stay . Linda&Ian Stewart . Would come back

Has a great stay at Silver Sands Hideaway Kavita and Rama are superb hosts The rooms are clean and well appointed and housekeeping was excellent Breakfast is limited but served by staff who are happy to please I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Amazing place and ambience, good service and staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The property is beautiful and has good amenities. The staff is polite, the rooms are very big and good. Overall a very good experience and a very good property.

The staff is rude and disrespectful. Only for profit, no customer service. We had two rooms and it was corporate booking for work. The couldn’t even give any meal after 10:30 pm.
