"The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests."

"В этом отеле мы останавливались еще в 2016 году, во время первой поездки. Поэтому в этот раз снова выбрали этот отель.
Отель удобно расположен: до аэропорта и многих достопримечательностей можно доехать менее чем за 30 минут.
Номера просторные с большим санузлом. Кровать удобная. Много места для хранения вещей. Есть холодильник и чайник. Правда, очень мало розеток и часть из них не работала, чайник включали в ванной.
В отеле хороший ресторан. Вкусный завтрак. есть бар с неплохим выбором напитков.
В отеле есть открыты и закрытый бассейны, тренажерный зал, сауна и паровая баня. Отель предоставляет отдельные полотенца для спа-комплекса, которые можно брать с собой при поездках на источники. Это очень удобно. Полотенца можно менять на сухие по мере необходимости, так как из-за высокой влажности на острове практически ничего не сохнет.
Персонал отеля очень приветлив и всегда готов помочь с планированием отдыха. В этот раз они по нашей просьбе нашли расписание приливов в природных бассейнах, так как купаться там лучше всего во время отливов, вода самая горячая.
В следующий раз обязательно остановимся опять в этом отеле."

"Come ogni volta che vengo qui, sono molto ben accolta sia dai receptionisti che dalle signore della zona di pulizia che sono sempre pronte ad aiutare. Tutto l'appartamento impeccabile, con odore e pulizia molto piacevole."

"Ambiente: lo stile generale è molto confortevole, è una famiglia che può vivere per molto tempo, ha un parcheggio, una cucina che può cucinare, e una sala da soggiorno che ha spazio per condividere.Se si ferma in un hotel per una o due notti, non è come vivere in un hotel.
Igiene: la raccolta è molto pulita, ma il primo piano è il popolo rurale, e gli insetti sono inevitabili.
Servizio: è un'autoassistenza di password, nessuno ha contatto tutto il processo.È un po'difficile comunicare con la stanza dell'hotel. Lascia un messaggio nell'app, come se non potessi vedere lì."

"像開盲盒一樣，沒有想到這家酒店位置這個麼好，門口1佰多米就是幾公里的海岸線，非常漂亮，有幾個觀景台，看了山看了湖，再看了海，真是完美的旅程！昨天早上十點左右到店，前台接待非常優秀，在看了有房的情況下，提早幫我們辦理入住。還介紹了酒店的設施。酒店的設施很好，有土耳其按摩浴池，乾濕桑拿房。房間也足夠大，開放式廚房的設備齊全，陽台面向大海，說真的，這是我們這一趟旅程最满意的酒店，值得推薦及5星的評價。"
