It was a really good resort but their food isn’t good at all. the parties were very fun and it was clean and everyone was very nice and caring

The customer service of the bartenders was horrible.
From the sports bar to the bars in the pool area. Humberto was so rude and didn't want to make any drinks that required blending. On top of that, it was so uncomfortable that me and my friends kept getting hit on by the workers at the bar. I have never experienced this at a RIU hotel. I will not be coming back to RIU CARIBE.

Great place to have FUN FUN FUN. The all-inclusive is just awesome, the RIU PARTY on site is the icing on the cake. We were a group of 15 family members celebrating our 18th year old son high school graduation...Best vacay ever for my kids. I have never seen them have so much fun.
From the moment we arrived, Daniela at the reception was so kind and understood our needs, she made sure our rooms were next to each other, she also gave us the best oceanfront rooms. Just perfect!
Food was great, drinks were on point, the entire staff was always very friendly, attentive and super polite, shout out to Israel at the swim up bar, always making sure that everyone is having a good time. Ooh-Ooh!!!
We were also able to rent jetskis right on site, so convenient.
Overall I give them an A
Will be back for sure.

The resort, beach and service was great. Lots of activities. Updated and clean. However the food selection was limited and just not good. The other Riu we have been too the food was much better. We didn’t starve just nothing was new or good. The same things everyday.

This was my first stay here at Riu Caribe and it was nothing short of amazing!!! Absolutely beautiful views of the beach/ocean… the BEST parties around and the most patient desk agents there to service you. I had the pleasure of working with Daniela at the front desk and she was a joy to work with. She gave me so much information to know about my stay and she also explained THOROUGHLY the ******* bonuses information.
Also the staff at each restaurant was very nice and available to accommodate you in your request.
The location, location, THE LOCATION is amazing… the beach was clean, not to many panhandlers, and just amazing to relax in the waters.
I will be coming back and hopefully I can get the same suite!!!

Clean property with lots of activities. Riu party was amazing. The restuarents are so busy, ended up going to buffet most of the time.

Very nice property and I like the updates done to the pools and restaurants. Food was good except for the food in the sports bar. That’s the only thing that needs to be improved. Other than that the property is great. Highly recommended

The property was immaculate, the staff very professional & helpful, the food plentiful and the bar areas were great. The all inclusive feature did not disappoint either in dining selections or quantity. All in all, an exceptional resort. Valeria (concierge) was outstanding and deserves a big raise!
