Hotel in zona Weston Arcade, Canberra

Every aspect of my stay was very good, and as expected for a recently refurbished lower cost hotel, except for problems stemming from the code room access system. I had no trouble with the code system myself, however at 2.30am I was woken by a loud telephone call between two guests and a hotel representative on speaker phone which kept me awake for some time as they tried to gain access to their room. A number of other loud conversations continued to keep me awake as other guests used their balconies and stairs into the small hours of the morning. The secure parking area was fenced off but limited parking was available in the hotel grounds.

Excellent stay, place was new and clean. Apartment came with a washing machine, a kitchen set and an oven. Toilets were pristine, location was awesome and service was great. Highly satisfied

Questo è un hotel ottimo per i viaggiatori d'affari, poiché la posizione è all'interno di molti uffici e uffici governativi. Molto vicino (raggiungibile a piedi) ha un westfield che ha coles e woolworths. All'interno dell'hotel non c'è parcheggio, ma davanti all'edificio c'è un enorme parcheggio comunale aperto, pagabile dal lunedì al venerdì (gratuito nei fine settimana). Negativo - non aspettarti la pulizia della camera durante il fine settimana, gli addetti alle pulizie sono molto inesperti, non hanno cambiato le lenzuola o lavato i piatti fino a quando non ho chiesto loro di farlo. Anche il servizio di front desk è molto limitato.

Le camere erano fantastiche, il cibo era delizioso e il personale era assolutamente carino e molto accogliente. Il personale era molto pensato e molto inclusivo, che ha reso l'esperienza divertente e stressante da iniziare a finire. Vale ogni cento e torneremo domani. Grazie Jamala 😊 Solo due notizie sull'accessibilità: i corridoi alla suite Meerkat sono leggermente stretti ma ancora manovrabili e nessuna cabina in locali, ma il personale è molto accogliente con la sua cabina. Il personale e la suite Meerkat, la camera Meerkat e la camera Capuchan hanno accesso a una sedia a rotelle e hanno accesso alle camere da bagno. Letto da divano disponibile in ogni camera della suite Meerkat per i lavoratori di supporto. Il letto re della suite Meerkat è alto per un cappello più piccolo ma sollevato dal pavimento per permettere al cappello di andare sotto il letto per l'uso.

Ho visto le recensioni e non mi aspettavo molto. Mi sono sorpreso di essere onesta. La ricezione era utile, il check-in era veloce e facile. La nostra stanza era pulita, ben attrezzata e il letto, bella e morbido e abbiamo avuto le migliori notti di sonno. L'unica influenza era la toletta della zona comune, che era disgustosa, ma che è a discapito di persone sporche.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno presso i Rydges. Siamo arrivati prima del controllo normale in tempo e ci hanno accolti con poco tempo di attesa. La stanza era pulita e calda, come era da WA, era -1 quando siamo arrivati. Nessuna denuncia del personale di front desk è stata molto amichevole e aiutata e abbiamo chiesto domande su posti dove andare e vedere mentre qui in breve soggiorno. Rimanerei ancora, sicuramente raccomanda.

Just returned from a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our room had 2 king size beds in two separate bedrooms both with televisions, bathroom, with shower/toilet and plenty of storage, lounge room, with lounge and 2 single seats, dining area with table and 2 seats, a washer/dryer combo and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage throughout the unit. Our dryer wouldn’t work and despite 2 people looking at it, no one could get it to dry. This was inconvenient as we had planned on being able to wash and dry clothes and towels. The TV in the bedroom with the window also didn’t work. We tried a different remote that turned it on but still said no signal. We advised reception on checkout and we’re told it would be passed on. As a regular Accor customer, I would have thought a discount might have been appropriate having pain $600 for two nights. Parking is also an addition $25/ day. Our wifi cut off in the morning before checkout time which I also found strange. Checkout was by 10am and at 630am, no wifi. The hotel is in a great location. There is no where to park and check in so I had to double park which was obviously not ideal. The lobby is also very small. The hotel was very clean and everyone we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. We also didn’t get our room service, which again reception were advised about. The security thing you tap for entry to car park is on the passenger side which is difficult when you are in the car on your own! All these small issues aside, we had a great stay.

Sono andato a casa con alcuni amici per due giorni di corse di Canberra. La posizione era eccellente. Abbiamo uber ogni giorno e in generale erano $9 per arrivare dove volevamo. Il personale era amichevole, le camere erano grandi. Dickson ha anche dei grandi pub e molti ristoranti da scegliere. Il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente, non può essere colpito.
