Hotel in zona Hot air balloon breakfast by the lake, Canberra

Just returned from a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our room had 2 king size beds in two separate bedrooms both with televisions, bathroom, with shower/toilet and plenty of storage, lounge room, with lounge and 2 single seats, dining area with table and 2 seats, a washer/dryer combo and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage throughout the unit. Our dryer wouldn’t work and despite 2 people looking at it, no one could get it to dry. This was inconvenient as we had planned on being able to wash and dry clothes and towels. The TV in the bedroom with the window also didn’t work. We tried a different remote that turned it on but still said no signal. We advised reception on checkout and we’re told it would be passed on. As a regular Accor customer, I would have thought a discount might have been appropriate having pain $600 for two nights. Parking is also an addition $25/ day. Our wifi cut off in the morning before checkout time which I also found strange. Checkout was by 10am and at 630am, no wifi. The hotel is in a great location. There is no where to park and check in so I had to double park which was obviously not ideal. The lobby is also very small. The hotel was very clean and everyone we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. We also didn’t get our room service, which again reception were advised about. The security thing you tap for entry to car park is on the passenger side which is difficult when you are in the car on your own! All these small issues aside, we had a great stay.

L'hotel stesso è pulito, caldo e servizio è anche buono. Ci sono grandi aree pubbliche e si sente più morbido.La porta dell'hotel può affittare biciclette e si sente che Canberra è una città molto adatta per cavalcare. L'hotel è situato nella zona amministrativa del Congresso di Canberra, che è vicino al Congresso (circa 1 km a piedi?).La stanza dell'hotel è dotata di un pannolino, una lavatrice di capelli e così via, ma non di un dente. Tuttavia, la zona amministrativa del giorno di riposo è davvero fredda e poco ci sono pedoni sulle strade (visitare il Congresso, biblioteca nazionale, laghi ecc.) e meno scelte per mangiare vicino all'hotel.

Stayed 3 nights in a standard queen room. The room was nice, although a bit dark as I was on the ground floor with a small window facing the hotels covered entrance. The bed was very soft, maybe too soft for some. The bathroom with walk in shower was compact but functional. The hotel is close the main attractions, with free secure onsite parking. Kingston shops are close by with many nice cafes and supermarket. It has a fully mini bar in the room but I found the prices too high, $9 for a bottle of beer, so I Didnt use it. I got a great rate for my stay.

Ho visto le recensioni e non mi aspettavo molto. Mi sono sorpreso di essere onesta. La ricezione era utile, il check-in era veloce e facile. La nostra stanza era pulita, ben attrezzata e il letto, bella e morbido e abbiamo avuto le migliori notti di sonno. L'unica influenza era la toletta della zona comune, che era disgustosa, ma che è a discapito di persone sporche.

L'hotel è eccellente e umano.La decorazione non è lussuosa ma dovrebbe essere tutto.Il design del centro e superiore è un po'come una mini-versione di gilet d'oro.La sala è piccola e non c'è molto spazio per aprire il divano, ma con la propria cucina e lavastoviglie, e fare qualcosa di comodo. Il bagno è molto grande, ma il difetto è che il bagno non è antiscivolo e facile scivolare.Il bagno è molto tranquillo, la porta balcone è molto pesante e il suono è molto buono.Il parcheggio è conveniente (dovrebbe essere pagato in modo diverso), l'hotel non ha molto posto, ma può essere parcheggiato fino al parcheggio aeroportuale lontano da un passo.

I was really comfortable in the room and the bath towels were big fluffy and so good. I was really pleased I was given a access code so I could get into the building early in the morning excellent service 👍

Stando in questo hotel per la prima volta, mi ha colpito molto la sua pulizia e il suo alto livello di servizio. Il personale della reception ci ha salutati caldamente non appena abbiamo parcheggiato la nostra macchina alla porta anteriore. Check-in era veloce e facile. L' letto era comodo e pulito. Siamo sicuri che torneremo presto!

My reception by Naveen and Dorg was cheerful and helpful; they provided clear and good info regarding the hotel, parking, breakfast and meals in the adjoining Labour Club, etc. Our room on the top 9th floor had a good view towards the Lake Ginninderra, although another high rise had partially blocked the view. Our room was an end room, a more spacious upgrade offered to us by Naveen. It was very clean- every nook and cranny- compliments to housekeeping. It was also nice and bright, as was the bathroom. Decor is very modern and up to date. Bed was comfortable and we had good sleeps. The hot breakfast in the Club was of good quality and variety and good value. Parking on level3 and level4 of the carpark was easily accessible.
