Hotel in zona City Hill, Canberra

The room was clean and cozy. The garden view was beautiful. The receptionists and concierge were polite and professional. Location was convenient and central.

Le strutture e i servizi complessivi dell'hotel sono buoni. Il sorriso e la voce di una cameriera di colazione in un ristorante fanno sentire le persone molto sincere, entusiasta e confortevole; I pasti del bar sono essenzialmente vegetariani, ma il senso creativo è anche molto delizioso e non costoso (rispetto al ristorante esterno e al centro commerciale); tutto quello che c'è nel minibar nella stanza è gratuito, con vino, birra, cola, latte, noci, ovocite... piccoli cibi. Questo è un hotel generale; la stanza è molto tranquilla, non si sente male il suono (forse la stagione autunnale?), l'hotel è molto igienico, le forniture della stanza sono molto pulite, e ci sono anche scarpe, dentifricio e simili non sono necessarie, ma l'hotel è fornito gratuitamente in base alle esigenze degli ospiti e può essere richiesto alla reception. Non basta, è che la luce della stanza dell'ospite è troppo oscura (il senso di progettazione è perseguito da un'occhiata di luci), l'ospite deve guardare la luce!E'anche che non tutte le porte della stanza dell'ospite sono buone.

Ho visto le recensioni e non mi aspettavo molto. Mi sono sorpreso di essere onesta. La ricezione era utile, il check-in era veloce e facile. La nostra stanza era pulita, ben attrezzata e il letto, bella e morbido e abbiamo avuto le migliori notti di sonno. L'unica influenza era la toletta della zona comune, che era disgustosa, ma che è a discapito di persone sporche.

Just returned from a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our room had 2 king size beds in two separate bedrooms both with televisions, bathroom, with shower/toilet and plenty of storage, lounge room, with lounge and 2 single seats, dining area with table and 2 seats, a washer/dryer combo and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage throughout the unit. Our dryer wouldn’t work and despite 2 people looking at it, no one could get it to dry. This was inconvenient as we had planned on being able to wash and dry clothes and towels. The TV in the bedroom with the window also didn’t work. We tried a different remote that turned it on but still said no signal. We advised reception on checkout and we’re told it would be passed on. As a regular Accor customer, I would have thought a discount might have been appropriate having pain $600 for two nights. Parking is also an addition $25/ day. Our wifi cut off in the morning before checkout time which I also found strange. Checkout was by 10am and at 630am, no wifi. The hotel is in a great location. There is no where to park and check in so I had to double park which was obviously not ideal. The lobby is also very small. The hotel was very clean and everyone we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. We also didn’t get our room service, which again reception were advised about. The security thing you tap for entry to car park is on the passenger side which is difficult when you are in the car on your own! All these small issues aside, we had a great stay.

I was really comfortable in the room and the bath towels were big fluffy and so good. I was really pleased I was given a access code so I could get into the building early in the morning excellent service 👍

Location is very good. It locates at Dickson which is a very convenient place. Many restaurants are located around 5 minutes drive from the hotel. The condition of the rooms are acceptable and it's quite quiet at night. The front desk is helpful. Car park is located at B1 of the hotel which cost $15 per night. Street parking will be available opposite to the hotel but it's full at long weekend. Overall, it's a good choice.

L'hotel stesso è pulito, caldo e servizio è anche buono. Ci sono grandi aree pubbliche e si sente più morbido.La porta dell'hotel può affittare biciclette e si sente che Canberra è una città molto adatta per cavalcare. L'hotel è situato nella zona amministrativa del Congresso di Canberra, che è vicino al Congresso (circa 1 km a piedi?).La stanza dell'hotel è dotata di un pannolino, una lavatrice di capelli e così via, ma non di un dente. Tuttavia, la zona amministrativa del giorno di riposo è davvero fredda e poco ci sono pedoni sulle strade (visitare il Congresso, biblioteca nazionale, laghi ecc.) e meno scelte per mangiare vicino all'hotel.

A perfect hotel for a quick stop over in Canberra. Only a few minutes from the highway making easy access to get back to our trip. On arrival we had a lovely warm welcome, the receptionist provided exceptional service. We stayed in room 218, over looking the pool. It was a one bedroom, the living and bedroom both had tvs. Reverse cycle a/c in both rooms. Bed was very comfy and soft. Coffee and tea amenities, with complimentarily cookies! The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Shower pressure was wonderful. Toiletries were a nice touch. The other reviews mention this hotel being more a motel, I don't think that. For the price it was perfect. The only sore point was parking, we arrived late and there was only two car spots left. It is free parking though! We would stay here again for a quick over nighter in the ACT

Buon hotel. La stanza era una dimensione ragionevole considerando che si tratta di un hotel a bilancio, il bagno e la doccia sono piccoli ma adeguati. E 'un po ' fuori città ma bene se avete una macchina (probabilmente il trasporto pubblico è disponibile vicino, non ho controllato). Non hanno un ristorante, ma si può comprare un pasto congelato dalla ricezione e riscaldarlo in microonde se ti piace (si può anche comprare colazione continentale, non ho provato).
