Raccomandazione generale. L'ambiente è pulito, l'atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio è buono, le strutture sono nuove, il prezzo è ragionevole e il prezzo è alto. La posizione è a Kingston e ci vogliono circa 20 minuti per raggiungere la città in autobus. Tuttavia, i treni non sono molto frequenti, circa mezz'ora nei fine settimana. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni dell'hotel è molto buono: il sabato sembra essere il giorno più costoso della settimana a Canberra. Quasi gli hotel vecchi e nuovi e con stelle in città costano più di RMB 1.200. Ho prenotato questo per più di 700. È ancora molto conveniente. Inoltre, non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi di essere rumorosi sulla strada, ci sono poche auto di notte. Potevo sentirne alcuni al mattino, ma erano circa le 8 ed ero praticamente sveglio a quell'ora. C'è un sacco di cibo in giro, per esempio, ho provato la penny university e non era male.

Visto per 4 notti in viaggio familiare. Abbiamo scelto di andare con Pinnacle a causa della sua vicinanza a tutto. Molto vicino ai ristoranti, Coles è anche a soli 2 minuti di auto se siete più a lungo e necessitate di pasticceria ecc. Quando ci sono entrate, ci sono state comunicate che siamo rimasti nell'altro blocco che fa parte delle strutture, però l'ingresso è via Leichardt St ma è stato facile da navigare a causa delle direzioni da noi date alla ricezione. Non può essere sbagliato nelle strutture. Siamo stati in un appartamento di 3 camere da letto, molto grande, pulito e tempestivo.

I really love the heritage feel of this hotel and we had a really lovely weekend stay. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are: No room service (food delivery apps can be used instead, and there's an honesty snack/beverage station in the back foyer). Single beds in family suite are really saggy (the king size bed was great). No sink plug and the bath plug was too big for the plughole (I informed reception on checkout, and they said this will be rectified). Switch for light above TV near tea/coffee making area is inaccessible (unless you tilt TV forward and reach over) and this extra light would have been welcome as light in main room is quite low. Otherwise, it was a really comfortable room with lots of space and great blockout curtains. There was lots of parking, even on a busy Saturday night. There's two parking areas out the front of the hotel and a large parking lot out the back. It's walking distance to a great park and Lake Burley Griffin and close to Questacon and galleries, with the hip suburbs of Kingston and Manuka near by with so many great dining options. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel was ok but booking from Trip service was terrible. This is the first time I booked a hotel from the Trip and they ripped me off. They overcharge me. their app showed the price one and when I I made booking they charged me extra. I was completely socked. I contacted to trip but hey were hopeless. We live in Australia but they charged me us dollar which they did not mention. I

Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was really comfortable but the pillow was too hard and lumpy. I really don't like the duvet only on top of the bed. Why isn't a top sheet used any more? The pool, sauna and club facilities were awesome. Great access to the lake for walks too. Parking isn't free. We used the 3 hours free section.

Another excellent stay at Knightsbridge. Last one was when we organised a group of 12 pre CoVid. It was nice to return as a couple to find the same level of professional, friendly service. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The bed was excellent. The little extras are really appreciated. Parking is easy. Location is excellent with only a few minute walk to all Kingston shops have to offer. The new Superbarn really adds to the location.

A perfect hotel for a quick stop over in Canberra. Only a few minutes from the highway making easy access to get back to our trip. On arrival we had a lovely warm welcome, the receptionist provided exceptional service. We stayed in room 218, over looking the pool. It was a one bedroom, the living and bedroom both had tvs. Reverse cycle a/c in both rooms. Bed was very comfy and soft. Coffee and tea amenities, with complimentarily cookies! The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Shower pressure was wonderful. Toiletries were a nice touch. The other reviews mention this hotel being more a motel, I don't think that. For the price it was perfect. The only sore point was parking, we arrived late and there was only two car spots left. It is free parking though! We would stay here again for a quick over nighter in the ACT
