The experience was not great : there were frogs inside our washroom and bedroom. The staff is good though - they helped remove the frogs. The property is not maintained well. We had a stay here before covid and it was just amazing then however after covid i think they never recovered - may be they are still trying to.

"i had a wonderful stay at the castle house hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area, and the on-site amenities, such as the restaurant and water pool, added to the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit"

Not worth for the money we paid, there is no proper lock in the main door of the room, only common lock was available. No tv in the room. No safety. Staff behaviour was good and they are cooperative

Nice hotel with restro...hotel is nice room is also good ...but room have no tv or no phone so if you want to order something than walk to reception.....pool is good. Tasty food....and famous Palolem beach is near ...and remember if you book room with breakfast than note they give you only 1 item with 1 parson not unlimited breakfast...

Insects are inside in room, washroom. Not clean property and summing pool. Average service but stuff are good and well behaved

They don't have power backup for day time. But while booking there was mentioned the power backup as one of the facility available.

Pool unhygienic never cleaned it seems. Staff worst and calling local friends to chill. Behaving with guests rudely

The property is peaceful l away from all the fuzz, it should have be well maintained & the room service needs to be improved. Well the manager was helpful l in getting things done from his end.

Was having pleasant stay with wife and daughter. The staff were polite, friendly and helping in nature. Evrything available as per shown in website. Location is also good near polelam beach. Very very limited breakfast choice for vegetarian people like us, but there 2-3 pure veg restaurant are there in 1. 5 km periphery around hotel.
