Posto ben curato, camere moderne è sempre ben pulite. Personale gentile, sempre disponibile, professionale e sorridente. Mangiare ottimo, vasta scelta per tutti i gusti. Ristorante serale con vista diretta sul mare. SPA, palestra, piscina, tavolo da carambola.. A presto !

L'hotel è in una posizione ottimale. Tranquillo e pulito. Per il cibo non c'era grandissima varietà ma era veramente tutto buono. Il personale era gentile anche se nessuno parla italiano. Unica pecca la Spa, piccola e con spogliatoi sporchi. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Consigliato.

Bella struttura davanti alla spiaggia di Can picafort, camere abbastanza grandi e pulite. Letti comodi. Colazione buona e abbondante varia sia nel dolce che nel salato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non dispone di un parcheggio privato ma si trova abbastanza facilmente in zona. Comodo per le spiagge di Can picafort. Playa del muro si raggiunge con una camminata di 10/15 minuti. Unica nota negativa la cameriera che puliva le camere gia alle 8 del mattino.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.Personale professionale e preparato. Consigliamo l'opzione all inclusive e la camera vista mare, letteralmente ci si addormenta e ci si risveglia con il suono magico delle onde del mare. La cucina al buffet con vasta scelta di cucine. Ottima anche la colazione buonissimi i pancake. Un'altra opzione che abbiamo apprezzato molto è "adult only" sicuramente la tranquilla in ogni ambiente ci ha permesso di rilassarci. La posizione sicuramente tranquilla però un po' lontano dal centro. Un'altra piccola nota negativa la piscina proprio all'ingresso si formava un po' di sporco/unto in acqua , presente anche il giorno dopo. Per il resto consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel.

A sea view balcony is a must! Only advice, request a room 2nd to 4th floor as the restaurant is directly at the front of the hotel and it can get noisey at night. The higher up you are the less noise there will be. I felt very safe and comfortable here as a solo traveller and the staff were very lovely. The hotel was a quiet place which was perfect for relaxing.

We've had a tough time lately and decided on a last minute break to Ferrer Concord and it certainly perked us up. Lovely hotel - although we would have liked a quiet and not so bright area for drinks after dinner. The room and bed were great and the staff were amazing - so friendly and kind. The food was very enjoyable lots of variety and very tasty. A seaview room is essential as actual location is not very inspiring but the beach is lovely and very close.

I stayed in a double room for single occcupancy for two weeks. My room was super clean and comfortable with a fabulous view of the sea. The food was amazing and the dining room staff were just lovely. Neibes, Esther and Imnoah and waiters Jesus and Tacu welcomed me like family. The reception staff were so helpful particularly Sylvia. The sister hotel just opposite is where the Spa is and the entertainment happens. My only slightly negative point would be the lack of handrails in the bath which makes getting a shower tricky Otherwise what an absolute dream and what a team of happy staff.

I was with a group of friends on a cycling holiday in Mallorca and we spent 11 nights in the Ferrer Concord Hotel & Spa - it was a memorable experience for all the right reasons. From the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the staff and the elegance of the foyer were impressive. The bedroom and appoin**ents were superb, and the bed was extremely comfortable - welcome after a day cycling. None of the above prepared me for the magnificent buffets at breakfast and dinner (and lunch in the Ferrer Janeiro Hotel). The variety of food and the tasteful way everything was displayed made for a gourmet experience. Nothing was a problem for the dining room staff who were friendly and cheerful and made our stay very enjoyable. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive. We plan to return next year for "more of the same"! Well done to all concerned.

I organised a group of 13 cyclists for a return visit to the Ferrer Concord Hotel. It worked out just as good as last year and with a few slight improvements. The all-in options is really great for groups, as there are no food or drinks bills to sort out. The quality and variety of the food and drinks included was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel location is superb with beautiful sea views and direct access to the beach.
