Hotel incantevole in un'ottima posizione, con un'ottima colazione a buffet per 12 euro, vicino al mare e all'autobus per Palma. Piccola camera con balcone, con vista su Palma, ottima per una sosta di una notte con atterraggio in ritardo all'aeroporto. Piccole piscine all'aperto e al coperto.

L'hotel in generale era buono, tuttavia durante la nostra prima notte abbiamo trovato alcune minuscole formiche che strisciavano intorno ai cuscini e alla zona del letto e il mio bambino è stato morso su tutto il viso e sulle braccia, quindi sono andato alla reception la mattina dopo e ho detto a Cristobal ( non era molto gentile) e ha detto che potremmo aver lasciato del cibo fuori ed è per questo che sono arrivate le formiche ma non mangiamo mai niente nella stanza. Ha detto che manderà la pulizia della casa. Hanno messo uno spray ma le formiche erano ancora lì, quindi il secondo giorno sono andato di nuovo alla reception e questa volta era una signora di nome Sol che era adorabile e ha cambiato immediatamente la nostra stanza senza alcuna esitazione.

Accoglienza molto calorosa, pulizia impeccabile, cameriere sorridenti ed educate, molto rispettose. Il cibo: sono francese quindi è vero che a casa siamo i migliori, in albergo a colazione, il buffet è vario c'è qualcosa per tutti l'unica cosa che mi mancava era un vero succo d'arancia, c'erano macchine per succhi di frutta senza gusto e burro salato il personale del ristorante il loro modo di sbarazzarsi quando il piatto è appena finito non lo è troppo grande per me mi dava fastidio e inoltre ho scoperto che la piscina coperta era piccola rispetto alle foto e non molto calda.

Le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte. Personale molto gentile. Wifi sorprendentemente anche molto buono. Il cibo era delizioso. Pesce e simili erano appena fritti per uno. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e vorremmo tornare di nuovo. Se vuoi andare al Ballermann e vuoi fare festa, non consiglio l'hotel. È un'ora di cammino per arrivarci, che è molto lunga. Ho pubblicato alcuni esempi: la vista da una vista sul cortile, ad esempio il cibo (cosa abbiamo preso/preparato) alcuni sono la cena, altri dalla colazione. Ho anche fatto una foto del corridoio con me. Su una foto puoi anche vedere dove potresti trovare qualcosa da mangiare, tra le altre cose, ma c'erano altre opzioni.

Era di fronte all'aeroporto, quindi ho potuto riposare comodamente!

Hotel eccellente, assolutamente immacolato. Personale eccezionalmente disponibile. La camera era incantevole con una vista incredibile. Aveva un mini frigorifero e asciugacapelli, shampoo e gel doccia tutti forniti. La colazione era eccellente e aperto fino alle 10:30 che era fantastico per noi mattinieri. Bella piscina e terrazza all'aperto. Ottimo avere il servizio di asciugamani per la piscina. Posizione perfetta e una breve corsa in autobus dal centro di Palma e 5 minuti di autobus dall'aeroporto. Viaggiavo da solo per incontrare amici locali. Mi sono sentito molto a mio agio ed estremamente sicuro. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

What i didn't like at the hotel that you to pay for the safety locker in your room, they dont provide water, so a strict minimum unless you have purchased with breakfast. Beside the hotel is close to can pastilla beach walkable distance, a nice beach if you walk a little bit down to get a better view, cleaner water. Its a very nice area where there a lot of restaurant and night activities. You rent bicycle on site, best options to go around the island is renting a car

Great location to Can Pastilla restaurants, bars and seafront (can Pastilla is a great resort to we found great restaurants and nice bars and all reasonable priced), great pool, loads of sun beds, lovely breakfast (loads of choice), pool bar food was great, hotel was clean and modern and the service was first rate. Very minor negatives were having to pay for the safe in the room and the bedrooms were a bit basic (the beds are fine but not super comfy as well) Also if you don’t like plane noise don’t stay in Can Pastilla as it’s only 10 mins from the airport so there are planes flying virtually over the hotel all day (we couldn’t care less and found it pretty cool to watch them so close though!). Overall we had a fantastic time and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

A week long stay at the hotel with no complaints. Did not have any meals at the hotel, and used it for a base while exploring the island. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nothing fancy, but in my opinion a great value proposition. Not many parking spots for the guests, so you might not get a parking spot. Would consider another stay in the future.

Everything was great about the property, it was also very clean however the front desk staff overcharged my card by 200€! I asked for cash instead because it’s ridiculous to wait one week for the bank to refund me the total amount charged and also pay for the room again in one go. But they refused and they left me with my hands tied with a tight budget on vacation I needed to relax in.

Very poor customer service. We will never stay here again. The cooling system didn’t work, and it’s near the airport flight path so opening doors meant loud noise. We were also concerned about the many birds we heard outside flying in. We didn’t sleep at all. The most important thing at a hotel is the ability to get a good night of sleep. We had one full day visiting beautiful Palma, and it was ruined for us because we were so tired and frustrated. Customer service matters. We waited before writing this review to give the hotel a chance to provide good service. They did not. Front desk said it would be fixed within three hours. It wasn’t. Then they told us it had already been fixed. It wasn’t. Other guests spoke up on our behalf, and then it was fixed within 15 minutes. Why wasn’t our description sufficient? We asked for a refund or compensation. They told us to speak to the manager the next day. The manager said he wasn’t authorized and to write head office. Multiple emails were sent the following week and none were answered. It’s a decent room in a good location, but totally worthless with such poor customer service. Awful experience. We’ve stayed elsewhere in Palma for a similar location and had a much better visit. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. ****We very, very rarely write a negative review. This one is well deserved unfortunately, and we would hate for others to go through this.

Fantastic hotel! Stunning location a few metres walk from the beach. Impeccably clean with friendly staff to welcome you with a smile each day. Food choices plentiful and bar snacks on offer if you’re feeling peckish in the day. No issues

My stay was relaxed and peaceful and that was due to to the service of the staff, the cleaniness of the hotel itself and the food was at a very high standard. The beach was very near by and getting into Palma itself was easy.
