Good recommend nice staff beach is nearby supermarket nearby

Currently staying at this Aparthotel, and it is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life. First, The english website says parking is available...it is not. Only street parking is available. When asking the front desk staff about parking they told us to look at the website and didnt even offer a simple apology for the confusion/misinformation. Secondly, cleaning service is only 3x a week, which is fine, however, I asked for fresh bath towels on a Sunday, as two days of using the same towels after multiple showers from the beach, it was much needed to change out the towels. When asking the front desk for towels, they literally said no and pointed to the cleaning schedule. They also told me its not a Four Star hotel and I should be fine waiting until tomorrow for all fresh linen and towels. We have two more nights of staying here and if it wasnt pre-paid I would easily look for another place to stay. I have stayed in all level of hotels/apartment rentals and have never been treated with such hostility and rude service. An apology or some simple kindness would go a long way, but clearly the management of this establishment is not interested in guests enjoying their holiday.

Arrived 11.30pm was greeted or rather wasn't greeted by a very rude miserable older gentleman. Were none drinkers but wanted a soft drink asked what time the bar closes he said midnight so it's closed but it was only 11.30pm. Then he proceeds to say your in the basement no view and the lift doesn't go down so carry your luggage down. Down we went to a pitch black corridor there was only 1 sensored light for the whole corridor, room seemed clean but very, very basic. My husband and I have been on many holidays and never been biten and we were both bitten alive not sure if they were mosquito bites or bedbug bites. I would not recommend a studio like we booked as it was very dingey although some of the other rooms look nice. On the day we were leaving we asked the rude guy to call us a taxi to the airport he literally grunted at us he done it but not very hapy about it. Rudness spoils it and that guy just really wasn't very nice. We had a great holiday anyway and the location is really good.

I have just returned from a week at Isla Del Sol with my teenage daughter. Firstly, the staff could have not been any more friendly and helpful. The whole place is immaculately clean. We booked last minute and there was only one room left available which was a studio without a balcony, however it perfectly suited our needs. The room had a hob, microwave and a large fridge. There was a small tv on the wall. The bathroom had a bath with a shower, which was very good. The air conditioning was really good and you can adjust it to suit and was very quiet on the low setting. Wifi was great throughout the hotel and at the pool. The pool was very clean with lots of sun beds. It was always quiet. The pool is L shaped, with one part shallow for kids and the other part very deep, about 2.5m. There is a lounge and bar area which serves drinks and snacks all day. The hotel is a perfect location, only a few mins to walk to the beach. There is a great supermarket pretty much round the corner. The town itself is quite a quiet resort, with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. I don’t think there is much of a nightlife in the resort as it’s more suited to families and couples. The hotel is 5 min drive from the airport. All in all I can’t find fault at all. I will definitely be returning to Isla Del Sol.

Very clean, staff were so polite and chatty and always spoke and made sure we were having the best time. Pool area was lovely and had a bar and snacks available to purchase. Room was clean, great size and perfect for us, family of 4 - apartment with 2 bathrooms and huge balcony. Position was just fantastic - supermarket just a few steps outside hotel to the right and walk to beach on the left - cove beach was just glorious we were there every day - very safe. Fab bars and restaurants - we found a lovely friendly bar on the market square just next to the little church just amazing and looked after us well. We had the most lovely holiday and will definitely return Top Tip: “ Beach cove in can pastilla is ideal / perfect for families - warm and calm - perfect for little ones - definitely worth a visit 😀
