I recently stayed at this place with a group of friends, and we had a satisfying experience. The location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions, and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived at 3:00pm on the day, the room was not ready yet, it was very dirty and wet. However, the check-in time was 2:00pm. We stayed there for 4 days but they only cleaned the room once. Despite requesting a proper cleaning the next day, all they did was change the rubbish bin and did not even vacuum the floors. When we asked the staff for assistance, they were rude and unhelpful. The service and cleanliness were well below acceptable standards, and it made our stay quite unpleasant.

房間掛清理牌也不給清理，酒店説，掛清理牌沒用，還要必須跟前台親自説，真是第一次遇到這樣的事，掛清理牌沒用，為什麼還要準備清理牌。

什麼都規規矩矩的好。房價視房率波動大。

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, I can't ask for much. This place is the best option if you spend most of your time traveling around Sydney city. It has fair prices, and the bus stop is just downstairs. Good for people who don't have rental cars.

I stayed at your hotel from March 29th to 30th. On April 1st at noon, I called to ask about a backpack I left in my room.I made four calls on that day, each times being told that it was impossible to reach the housekeeping staff ? On April 2nd, I received an email stating that the backpack had been throw away.What the well?? How come the hotel just throw it away of the guest's lost property and just reply the email?Dont have any apology and compensation for this situation? The experience of satying at your hotel was very ridiculous and unbelievable. Those things in my backpack have value $600!!! Hotel should compensate of my loss!!!

Great location in Camperdown near the RPA and Camperdown Park.We spent 4 nights over Christmas in a one bed apartment.The apartment block has a central atrium filled with palms.Very functional apartment with well equipped kitchen and generous dining area.The bed was super comfortable.Bathroom with a shower was great.Very helpful guy on front reception who helped fix an issue with the toaster.The only negative was the absence of a full set of kitchen cutlery,glasses plus things like a potato peeler.

This is a very conveniently located apartment hotel if you are visiting the Univerity of Sydney or RPA hospital. It is also an easy bus ride into the city. The living spaces are great with plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms a bit small. Deus cafe on the corner is fab and you get 10% off as a guest. The area is a bit grotty but that's Parramatta Rd and Camperdown for you. As the hotel is a courtyard hotel you do feel away from the noise of the road. Overall a good experience and it met our needs while we were working at the university.

Good apartment. Roomy and clean. The soaps and shampoos etc were all empty though. Lucky we had some of our own. The next door room was obviously a hens or something as they were SO noisy. ALL NIGHT LONG music and screaming. Unbearable. Need a no party policy.

We upgraded from one room to two rooms apartment at a cost of an additional cost of 156 AUD. At this price we expected the apartment to be like it was presented in the hotel’s website. At first sight the place looked nice. Small but really welcoming baths, and large rooms. The downside with this place is the lack of cleanliness. They only clean every fourth day which means that our apartment didn’t get cleaned at all during our stay these four nights. The apartment was dirty at arrival as well. They should really dispatch the rugs! My son had allergic reactions to all the dust. Other residents started to throw their garbage in the bin next to our bedroom due to the rear cleaning. Otherwise: really nice and helpful staff!
