Great outlook over the crater lakes. Quiet, tranquil setting.

No hot water, ants in the kitchen, beds very small and uncomfortable, very expensive for what it is

Amazing smaller park within a perfect setting & next to botanical gardens lovely walks with our dog Excellent ammenities well maintained park easy & welcome checkin definitely recommend & will return for a longer stay It is a great base to do the food trail & Camperdown lovely little town with woollies & IGA & also well stocked camping store

Not sure if price matched the quality The bedding provided was clean. However the kitchen could have been a lot cleaner, fridge freezer was dirty, kitchen cutlery was very uncoordinated, it looked like 3 different sets were put together, extraction fan hood was dusty, kitchen blind had stained brown marks. Pots were of good quality though. Bathroom was relatively clean. Frame under bunk beds had spider webs, although there were no insects in the cabin. The couch cushions were flat, looked overused and nit very pleasing to rest on, not sure if covers were washed eutger could dare to smell them. There was definitely a heavy woody odour in the cabin, it would have been nice to have a more pleasing welcoming smell/scent. There was a large clock in the living room which didn't work, not sure what the point was to have it. Plates, cups were decent quality and all appeared to be of the same set. Cooking utensils were good, a wide variety although a potato masher would have been good. It just felt that the owner of the property made his investment a while ago and has not updated his furniture etc as time has moved on. They need to update some things named above and then they will catch up with what other cabins are now offering.

A fantastic caravan park with one of the cleanest amenities that we have had the pleasure to use. The Park has concrete slabs and grassed powered and unpowered sites. 7 cabins overlooking Lake Bullen Marie The park provides shade with heritage listed established trees. The Camperdown Botanical gardens are situated at the rear of the park. Spectacular views from the hilltop overlook surrounding mountains and lakes. A dumpsite is not located at the park but there is one located at Cobden 11 km away. The team are wonderful with their welcome. Checkin is via a machine in the reception. Highly recommended.
