La suite è bellissima, spaziosa e comodissima. Lo spa è piccolino ma completo, ben organizzato con prenotazione su turni. Ristorante buono e servizio impeccabile. un posto super rilassante, avevamo prenotato per due notti ma ne abbiamo aggiunta una perchè stavamo troppl bene.

una struttura immersa nel silenzio, molto ben fatta e tenuta, con personale affabile e disponibile, davvero una chicca in zona. La colazione ben organizzata, e la cena in qualità/prezzo da provare, il tutto servito in un ambiente comodo e pulito, cosi come le stanze.

Beautiful 2 night half board stay. Peaceful, lovely suite with bath in bedroom and very friendly staff. Spa great and even tried outside sauna and pool - certainly refreshing in March. Nice location with easy access to train up into the mountains. Breakfast offered wide choice - dinner a decent selection which was good but not excellent. Really enjoyable and very good value.

Wonderfully peaceful boutique hotel just 10 minutes walk from the Nuria railway station. Large comfortable room with balcony overlooking the valley. Glorious infinity pool and excellent breakfast. Helpful welcoming staff. Dinner not quite up to the high standards elsewhere so hope that this could be improved.

We came from Friday to Sunday with an HB package that included dinner, breakfast and a 90min spa. I must say the food is incredible delicious and most of the ingredientes are local, thus its taste was really awesome (you should try the local beer, yogurt, ham, juices, the cheese, and everything basically. I reserved the superior ACQUA room and it has a bathtub for 2, it was really nice and a plan for usage on the date of arrival; the hotel provides robe baths, sandals and bath salts; overall I loved the room and it has a balcony with a relaxing view. The personnel of the hotel is very nice, I loved the service. The spa is not crowded as it has specific time slots reserved for the guests, thus that allows to enjoy the facilities. There are 2 saunas (Turkish and Norwegian), 1 pool, marble rocks, feet rocks and 3 types of showers (cold, combined and warm with scents) and a hot jacuzzi. The closest station is the Ribes-Vila (cremallera railway) but the Ribes de Freser (Renfe) station is at 20-25min walking from the hotel ( we walked). As a recommendation, purchase in advance the cremallera tickets in the webpage because the train is usually full and get early to the station to get a seat 😅. Overall the hotel is excellent and I would definitely stay at it again when I go back to Vall de Nuria.

Quiet and lovely hotel nested in beautiful scenery above Ribes. Because we were coming with a dog, we could not choose our room and had to take one of the "basic" ground floor rooms, accessible directly from the outside (so we would not have to take the dog through the common spaces of the hotel). However, we were not disappointed. The room and bathroom were spacious enough, and the room had a small terrace which opened up directly on the pasture outside, with a beautiful view over the mountains. We could have stayed there for ever, relaxing on the sunloungers, enjoying the view and sipping our drinks from room service. The hotel has a fantastic spa with pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, excellent steam room and various kinds of showers. We had dinner on both days at the hotel and the food was varied and excellent. The hotel is within walking distance (10 mns walk) to the train station in Ribes where you can take the train to Val de Nuria. On the downside, there was no hospitality tray in the room, and we were slightly disappointed by the buffet breakfast (limited choice and not very good quality, we expected much better after the dinner we had had).

A visit to the beautiful and serene Vall de Nuria – summer or winter – may be considered a day trip from Barcelona, but why rush? Consider spending at least two nights in Ribes de Freser, the access point to Val de Nuria through an Alpine-style mountain railway operated with Swiss efficiency, to take in the peace, the green scenery and the cool climate. This hotel, Resguard Dels Vents, is a perfect location: a bright, airy, spa-like boutique hotel that delivers just the right experience with a great value for the money. It is located on the outskirts of the town, within walking distance to the Ribes Vila station of the mountain railway, with panoramic views of the valley from each room, some of which that open up directly onto a grassy meadow. Very clear signage at every street intersection in town makes this hotel easy to locate, but be careful – the streets are very narrow and the turns tight. With less than 20 rooms, this hotel is the place where management and staff get to know you within minutes, or where you can choose to be seated always at the same table at the restaurant, which offers very high quality breakfast and dinner options. Also, the self-guided indoor spa circuit, available in 90-minute windows, is a treat not to be missed, especially after a hike in the mountains (the price is included in some packages, make sure to check upon making reservations).

This hotel is a perfect place for doing just nothing. It is so clean that you could literally eat on the floor, but not only in the room, also i the whole building. This is not a Luxury hotel despise the price that can make you think otherwise. The spa is super cozy and beautiful. But make no mistake, this is not a standard hotel with room service or any kind of servitude. The owners they work at the hotel too and they are kind and profesional but they will not bow to you. This is not a place for wanabe rich snobs. This is a temple for mindfullness and reflexion. Do not forget to visit the gluten free bakery in the village nearby (forn Robiro)

Entorno con buenas vistas, desayuno perfecto producto proximidad de calidad, las cenas en el restaurante tienen un buen menú o carta a escoger y por último zona de aguas y spa ideal para descansar un fin de semana. Trato muy correcto recepción así como en las diferentes zonas del hotel.
