The staff were very nice. The breakfast has good options. Things seemed to be fairly clean with the exception of the carpet. It was not only visibly dirty but had sticky spots. I would suggest they at least clean the carpets. I would not stay again unless the carpets were cleaned.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. It is appropriately priced for the location. Beds were comfortable. Great little juice and coffee area as well. Will stay again.

Heater didn't turn off. It was miserable. Front desk lady was awesome she just couldn't do anything

the place was good, it is accessible and surrounded with restaurants, it is just the keycard which gave us a hard time but the staff is on alert and gave us a new one, the rooms are nit sound proof

Best choice to access Sedona trip. Reseanable price for family stay. Room is cosy and the staffs are kind. Free breakfast tastes good. Very satisfy our trip.

Rooms look outdated and my room smells old and there was a guy playing his guitar at night and I couldn’t sleep. Be aware it’s cheap but you get what you pay for.

For the price, stay was great. Requested a bottom floor to help with elderly parent. Was given a room to accommodate. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast area very tidy with a little variety. Staff very friendly. Could hear other guests but i travel with ear plugs so had a lovely sleep 😆 For the price, would definitely recommend.

The hotel staff, especially Chasity, are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We truly appreciate them acknowledging and granting our special request to have adjoining rooms, gave us a little bit more space! My three-year old great granddaughter enjoyed having the freedom to go back and forth our rooms! I only wish there were fresh fruits in the kitchen.
