Dear Bintana Sa Paraiso, Firstly, thank you for providing me with a much-needed break. As a Capacity Planning Engineering Director, my time is usually consumed by work demands, but spending 4 days and 3 nights at your resort was a well-planned escape. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Proper Communication within Staff: Ensure that your staff are fully briefed on agreements with clients, such as the breakfast options. Smooth communication is essential for the business's success. 2. Upgraded Generator: While power outages are common on the island, having Starlink is a plus. Consider upgrading to generators that don't require manual activation and are always ready to ensure uninterrupted power supply for guests who may need to work remotely. 3. Phone Line in Rooms and Reception Area: It would be beneficial to install phone lines in rooms and the reception area for easier communication. Also, ensure that the provided mobile number is functional. 4. Improved Customer Service: While your staff, particularly Alvin, JL, and RV, are pleasant, there's room for improvement in their customer service, especially during guests' initial interactions. First impressions matter. I hope you'll take these suggestions into consideration to ensure all guests have a fulfilling experience at your resort. Overall , I will still give BSP 1000/10.
