Non giammed e colazione questo hotel sooo delizioso e varietà.. nasi lemak, popia goreng, croissant, kuewteo grg Soo nyummie, pane custard, e tutti ...staf molto amichevole ... Mi piace il suo ... La piscina, la scheda di bagno, il letto, la culla, Soo Great.. tq CHCH Io ti daro 5 stelle ....must repeat again.tq

This hotel actually got everything of what a great hotel should have,in this case, a 4 star rated hotel. 1. Good customer service. 2. Hotel facilities & amenities. 3. Spacious parking bays (FOC). 4. Good ambiance & scenery. 5. Spacious room tho for its basic room. However, The management should consider to upgrade/refurbish the hotel room as the room looks old/obsolete. There were baby cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. But that wasn't a major turnoff as I can consider. Hotel's sink/bathtub found with tough stains. The foods quality for breakfast buffet was not up to the par of 4star hotel as they claimed. Presentations of the foods was pretty much basic as 3 or lower star rated hotel. Previous room for my superior deluxe was unable to get hot shower as confirmed by the technician that were termostat failure. We got upgraded room to another block which is very well appreciated. But again, to our major turnoff- the room service staff went to our room while we were having breakfast with the signage of DO NOT DISTURB hanged on the doorknob. Understand that he was cleaning and making up the room but that was never a practice for hotel policy to get into residents' room without permission. We left our valuable belonging, stole the privacy and even throw out our personal stuff which happened to be in a box of pizza that he thought was leftover foods. The management really should consider to provide trainings to the staff especially for domestic workers. They were good but they thought it was okay to do it. Good thing, the manager came and apologize and promised to have a word with the staff. It was a good move, but we really can't accept the action, especially for a 4 star rated hotel to have such understanding & practice. One night, there were incident of pipe leakage resulted half of the carpet on the hallway wet and damp. Some of the nearest rooms including our room was flooded with water around 1-2am. Good thing was the water wasn't get far to the room's carpet. But due to the damp carpet on the halleay, the affected area created bad and musty smell. Luckily we are checking out the next day. All in all, it was still a good stay and experience. The staff did well in providing outstanding service and always make sure the needs are met. But I don't think the hotel should be rated as 4 star as the reasons above mentioned. Downgrade to the lower star or fix the price of the hotel stay. Customers are not okay to pay such price for that kind of issues as return. There goes the anniversary celebration for both of us. But we did enjoy our moments in this hotel and Cameron Highland.

pros: 1) strategic location 2) nearby with shops and other attractions 3) the environment surrounding with flowers and warm white lamps 4) huge parking and each check-in/out 5) i love the comfortable atmosphere and very cool temperature and strong wind. 13 celcius degree at night! 16 degree celcius at early morning! cons: 1) they does not clean up the toilet bowl! very dirty! (refer picture) 2) the shower water pressure is not consistent. sometimes slow and sometimes normal. but not too good. 3) the blanket is dirty (refer picture) 4) the toilet floor is slippery. (refer picture) 5) the mattress makes noise when lying down.

La nostra seconda volta con NOVA. Amore la posizione. Vicino a Kea Farm. Che tutti MAK Mak ama il passaggio. Hahahaha. Prenotamo anche con Let’ Go Discovery sul Coral Hill Tour. La nostra prima esperienza di cammino a CH e si ripeterà certamente con loro, perché Sadu a.k.a Satu ci guida bene e dovrebbe ottenere il primo tasso dopo tutto. Non solo ci guida fino alla cima, ma anche essere il nostro fotografo.. seriamente bel tiro.. hahaha.. Entrambe le esperienze sono veramente soddisfatte!!!

E 'stato un buon soggiorno! Il letto è così grande! Ho portato i bambini (6 & 2), più di spazio sufficiente per noi. Colazione così bello. Ho il deserto malaiano - che è raro! Puding roti sangat sedapnee. Fresce fatto, makan panas2 sedapnye! Grazie per il soggiorno! Ps: Mi piacerebbe se ci fosse un canale TV per bambini e acqua calda per la piscina - troppo fredda per nuotare!

La stanza assegnata, che si trova di fronte alla strada principale, deve aprire una finestra per la ventilazione dell'aria in modo che il tempo notturno possa essere rumore a causa del flusso di traffico e del rumore degli scarichi auto. Il buffet mattinale è tutto a posto, suggerisce di riscaldare tutto il cibo piuttosto che avere una fetta di torta fredda.

Tutto è perfetto, tranne per la dimensione della camera. E 'troppo piccolo per il suo prezzo. Mi piace l'interno. Fornisce Netflix ma a volte anche la connessione Internet è stata problematica. Il personale era grande. Sono efficienti e amichevoli. Delizioso cibo per tutti i pranzi e la cena

Im a frequent traveller frm KL up to CH as my son n relatives are working there. But this is our first time trying this Hotel at De La Ferns since its close to my son's work place and seriously....im loving it!! Thank u so much crews..u made our day. Everything was perfect..1st stay on 24th Jan arrived late our original room was taken and we were given an upgrade room to junior suite..wow! 2nd stay again on 27th Jan ..both rooms were perfect facing the main road feels safe for us. So nice and kind ur staff is so understanding since for the 2nd stay i was alone they put me up close to the lift area. And the best part of all the room is ur TV oh my..ur Tv..android TV leh..jangan main main tau😂. We wil definately make this our fav hotel too. Now.....the bad part of this was......... Ur bed n pillows r so comfy u make us miss our breakfast!! Like..seriously!? 😂😂 So ..sorry guys if there isnt any reviews for d breakfast part since we havent got a chance to try it yet. But highly recommend this hotel to all. C u again La Ferns...😘😘✌️

Rimanete per 1 notte. Prenota una camera di tipo Peony (3rd floor). Very2 soddisfatto, grande n spazioso parcheggio. Controllare n checkout è facile. Ci è un ascensore ma un po 'piccolo max 4 persone. Camera sgt2 spazioso n bello, il letto ha 2 (rig n dimensione regina). Soffa, TV, cucina, tavolo da pranzo n sala balcone pronto tavolo. Quasi completa. Internet è veloce. Doccia pronto per la toletta, riscaldamento, immersione n tubo di bagno. Gli oggetti di bagno hanno solo asciugamani e altri sapone piccolo xde. Sgt2 vicino al mercato notturno. Può anche avere una bella vista.In generale, rimarrà per il prossimo tempo se avete un prezzo adeguato.

Ottimo ubicazione vicino al centro.. Facile da trovare cibo locale.. adatto per la famiglia con bambini coz l'hotel ha un ascensore! .. Questa è la mia prima volta venuto a CH & sicuramente rimarrà in.. Non dimenticare la ricezione è molto utile e facile controllare
