If left unclean, there will be $75.00 fee (cleaning utensils in the lower kitchen cabinet) Please make sure grill fire is out completely after use. Please leave all used towels and rags inside of the shower after your stay. Please put all trash bags on the side of the house in the big trash can.. If checking out on thursday or friday, please bring trash can to the front curb. For stays more than 3 weeks , you must provide your own linens and I will provide a starter kit Please leave premises at the time of check out.. if guests are not out within one hour of check out you will be escorted by authorities.. Disclaimer: Master bedroom wood wall panel will be replaced with real wood panels shortly and under construction, backyard grass is undergoing treatment.
