Quiet and calm location. Great breakfast!

At the hotel at the moment going home Saturday 15th June came in told to wait 2 hours for room as was in early but was checked in just had to get key at 2 no problem booked sea view room an got a direct view to pool and sea sitting on balcony as I am writing this room brilliant and spotless restaurant and reception staff brilliant and helpful and TUI rep good as well had small medical problem girl with glasses ordered me a taxi to the Hospitial which is free if you have your uk card with you just have to pay for medicine this week weather not so good but not hotels fault for that I would highly praise this hotel and staff l don’t know why any one would complain about this hotel right on the beach what more do you want Cambrils market is on on a Wednesday best way to get to it is walk along the the path till you get to to Cambris by the ferry’s you will se a weee train 3 euros if you oap and get off at market then get back on at 12 .20 or 1.30 pm train is at 11.am hourly till 7

Our 4th visit to this wonderful hotel. The reception staff are friendly and efficient and always helpful. Our room 3050 was ready when we checked with a pool and sea view. It's a large and comfortable with a bedsettee and armchair to relax in, fridge, safe and coffee machine and kettle We stayed for 10 days half board. Breakfast you can choose from a cooked or continental to cereals, yoghurts and fruits . Evening meals were varied each evening, again plenty of choice for all tastes. The restaurant staff are so friendly and clear your tables quickly, the maitre d's were excellent and especially the one who called my husband Mr Peter, sorry I've forgotten his name. Thank you to the cleaning staff for cleaning our room too, it always looked lovely to walk back into after a long and tiring day out. A big Thank-you to all of you and see you in October. Mr Mrs D.

JUST RETURNED FROM A 2 WEEK HOLIDAY WHAT CAN I SAY.EXCELLENT EXCELLENT HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS ROOMS SERVICED EVERY DAY POOL AREA.SPOTLESS CLEANED EVERY EVENING RESTRAUNT EXCEPTIONAL STAFF AND FOOD AMAZING SOMETHING FOR EVERY ONE.POOL BAR/DAYTIME RESTRAUNT SUPER.HOTEL SETTING RIGHT ON THE BEACH.IF I SHOULD HAVE A WINGE IT WOULD BE THE NIGHT TIME ENTERTAINMENT IS POOR.OTHERWISE TOP CLASS WILL BE RETURNING

It was a great hotel that I would recommend, The view was fantastic and balcony not too noisy, plenty of sun loungers for guests, and they offer pool towels for 10euro deposit which is returned,the breakfast choice is unbelievable,also dinner amazing,we didn't have lunch, but had a snack at the pool during the day,

Lovely hotel with beautiful beach on its doorstep! Food was very good and the majority of staff were good. We had a junior suite which was spacious. Bus stop right outside the hotel. We purchased a 10 euro bus card and could do 10 journeys which was great value. Cambrils Marina/town was a pleasant 30minute walk along the promenade. Only negative was the pool bar service was poor. Slow service and staff were quite rude. Would definitely return here

this was are 2nd time at this lovely hotel must say the rooms are spotless the staff great we really enjoyed are time on holiday here not much to do at night but that suits us as we enjoy the daytime..we rate this hotel 9 out of 10 are only complaint is the pool tiles above the waterline are really dirty could do with a good clean besides that everything was perfect

Had a very nice time at this hotel stayed here about 12 yrs ago : On returning this time we chose a suite, when entering the room we realised it was not the room we had booked, returned to reception and immediately this was rectified So we were very happy with room choice , Suite 3004 good position sea and pool view sun in the afternoon( no noise through walls of adjoining rooms in this room very quiet ).Only complaint about room would be the bed so uncomfortable for myself and my wife very firm mattress but may suit some people :Lvly walks along coast easy access with buses stopping right outside of hotel to get around too see different resorts . Buy bus travel card across the road next to the supermarket for 10 euros then when it runs out after 10 ticket issues on bus , can have it topped up at cheaper rate : Food and restaurant very good with very nice staff,Hotel is spotless only downside really is the entertainment , as other people have also mentioned . Would highly recommend this hotel if you haven't been to this area as it is situated in a nice spot beach on doorstep good flat promenade either way for miles . Would say more of an adult hotel than for children as not alot for them to do Only a few children there when we stayed . If you choose this hotel you won't be disappointed ::

My wife, myself and two friends stayed here for a week in May on HB and loved the hotel. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. No complaints about the food but be aware that if you order bottled water for the table there is a charge. Never had a problem getting sunbeds but TBH we thought the pool area was a bit small. Also be careful as there were a lot of loose tiles around the pool. Entertainment was provided every night and was ok, Queen tribute band, magician, bike balancing act etc but the highlight for us was the lady who played an electric violin. Full of energy never stopped smiling and played everything from classical to pop tunes. Staff throughout the hotel were first class and very helpful. Bar staff constantly walked around checking if you required a top up and service was very quick. Took a walk one morning along the promenade to Cambrils which took about 30 minutes. Nice place but not a lot there, usual tourist shops and bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Took two trips into Salou, first by taxi and the second by bus. Thought the hotel location wasn’t great as not a lot around it of interest. Have to be honest we were not impressed by Salou and probably would not go back. Not the hotel’s fault as if it were in a different location we would rush back.
