La stazione ferroviaria è a 10 minuti di auto dalla stazione, e la stanza è pulita perché si può sentire l'odore del liquido disinfettante. Il ristorante non funziona dopo le 8:00, ma il personale è stato gentile, e abbiamo lasciato il bagaglio qui dopo l'uscita.

Two night stay, Found the staff member on arrival very pleasant and helpful. In reception there was a table with extra tea and coffees to help yourself, really like this, definitely helped as I’m always wanting my tea later on in the evenings and I find there is not enough in the rooms when you go to any hotel so great touch! Room, was warm, clean and bed comfortable, had a view of the garden, I believe it’s something to do with a Bronze Age cemetery. Hotel is not far from central Cambridge which was great for myself and my husband. All staff even the housekeeping in the morning was lovely, we asked for clean towels and they happily did this for us. The evening team helped with microwaving our evening dinner too as we didn’t feel like going out. Overall great stay, staff lovely and would stay again.

I stayed here a couple of nights within a week, Monday night and Thurs night whilst my sister was there for a week visiting my nephew in the nearby Addenbrooks hospital. Free parking is available at the back of the hotel and we caught the bus near Co-Op (approx 10 min walk, but we chose that bus stop for steps) The staff were absolutely wonderful. Really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I can't thank them enough for looking after my sister whilst she was there. The rooms were lovely and cosy. The first room I stayed in was a twin room with my Mum. The second room was a double by myself. The twin room was really spacious with 2 massive beds, lovely bathroom with bath and double sink. Double room was great, smelt a little overwhelmingly of fresh paint, but it was fresh, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Excellent selection of continental and hot English buffet. Juices, coffee, tea and milk. If you came away from breakfast hungry then you are far too fussy!! It was beautifully laid out and there was something for everyone. We had a meal in the restaurant. Was a little pricey but I guess if you want quality you get what you pay for ...... beautiful food!! Recommend this hotel 100%

The hotel was a little bit further than I expected from the town centre. There is a bus route that can go to the town but it's up to a 10 min walk. It would be great if the hotel provided at least a shuttle service because taxis were also quite expensive just for a few miles. The hotel itself was presentable, the staff was helpful and nice, and the rooms were also spacious enough and clean with all the usual amenities. My room had the disabled bathroom so it was a little bigger I think but the drainage needs sorting out because the whole floor almost flooded with water. The heating A/C was working well and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was included in the price and the choice was basic but enough. I did feel that the plate was smaller than many other places I've stayed at but I guess that was to avoid food waste. They had scambled egg only, sausages, bacon, beans, toast, tea/coffee/juice, 3 cereals and spreads for toast-not bad but could be a little better in variety.

Il servizio di trasporto è gratuito, i treni sono disponibili spesso e ci vogliono 7 minuti a Cambridge. Lovation wise it might be even better than staying somewhere in outskirts of Cambridge. Breakfast was really nice but hotel/room is a bit outdated and needs a renovation. However it is a good place for a short stay.

Per essere giusti all'hotel, tutto era pulito, il colazione era un tipo continentale economico, cereali, tosta, ecc. Mio figlio ha prenotato l'hotel sulla base del prezzo basso. Le camere erano apparse come un ”sottoscritto e letto”. Il personale era piacevole ma non facile da prendere. Potete fare il tè o il caffè in zona da pranzo in qualsiasi momento. Ma come la maggior parte delle recensioni, sembrava essere più di un ostello che un hotel, ed era una certa, pulita base ma certamente non è conveniente.
