3.2/5So you know what you’re gonna get with a Travelodge. However let’s talk about dinner. Upgrade 2 courses for £12.49 So I ordered sausage mash & peas & blood orange sorbet. A bowl of processed mash with 4 hard as leather sausages and half a bag of peas around the bowl. The first sausage I couldn’t cut Elbows out on the others. The mash was like cement. A quarter way through it, I stood up and went for a brew & kitkat in my room. No I didn’t stay for the Sorbet. #vile

Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞
