The Premier Inn Camberley exterior seems to be pretty nice, until you get inside. The decor is very run-down, and definitely needs to be redecorated / painted. I had several issues during my stay here, which only consisted of 4 nights. The first couple of nights were OK, however, I did encounter some bed bugs. When I woke up in the morning, my legs had bites on them (raised bumps) in a line pattern. After telling the managers what had happened, they advised me to go into a different room, which was completed quickly. Regardless of how fast this was, it should never have happened in the first place. Secondly, I was staying on the 3rd floor. Another guest had vomited outside the elevators and the odour was disgusting. An attempt to clean it up with tissue paper was made, presumably by a member of staff, but the smell stayed as no cleaning products were used. I did inform management of this, but nothing had been done. I would bet it is still there now, 4 days after my stay at the Premier Inn. The breakfast was sub-par, and should not have been £10.99 per meal. This is appalling. The Fire alarm went off at 5:50am on my final day here, which is no fault of the staff working here. However, it took an hour and a half for us to be let back into the hotel. All guests were standing outside in the cold as it was so early, nowhere else was open. In conclusion, I would not stay here again. I've stayed in Premier Inn's before, but this one was definitely the worst.

La mia figlia e io abbiamo goduto un buon soggiorno a Travelodge Camberley! La ricezione è stata attenta e offre un rapido e utile rimedio per un paio di piccoli snag, pochi fanno il nostro 10 giorni di soggiorno! Un piccolo dettaglio irritante ma importante durante il nostro soggiorno per il Queens Jubilee siamo stati la scarsa qualità del segnale televisivo! Altrimenti il colazione era buono, quindi consiglio di viaggiare senza esitazione.

I wanted to take a moment to commend your exceptional service during my recent stay. The receptionist (Resham) was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their friendly demeanor and helpfulness truly set a positive tone for my stay. Additionally, the hotel's accommodations exceeded my expectations—everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience; I look forward to returning.

Premetto ho dato una votazione “ medio “ ma se non fosse stato per le pulizia della camera avrei dato il massimo . Mi sono fermato per due settimane . Struttura molto curata e bella , a cinque minuti dall’aeroporto . Personale molto professionale e gentile . Nella mia lunga sosta ho provato tutti e tre i servizi di ristorazione . Al piano terra si trova un pub con circa una ventina di posti a sedere . La responsabile è veramente simpatica e molto professionale . Nello stesso piano si trova il ristorante . Anche in questo il personale è attento alle esigenze dei clienti . Nello stesso , alla mattina viene servita la colazione , molto ricca . Al primo piano , si può mangiare allo SkyBar . Il menù è identico a quello del pub . La mia camera molto bella con vista aeroporto , per niente rumorosa . Peccato una sola cosa ma a mio parere molto importante … le pulizie sono state veramente inesistenti ( vedi foto ) . A parte il bagno sempre pulito la camera è stata trascurata . Il cambio lenzuola , forse è stato fatto una sola volta . Ma la cosa più fastidiosa è stata la polvere … Ci ritornerò sicuramente con la speranza che il personale delle pulizie sia stato ripreso , se non fosse stato per loro avrei dato il massimo del voto , peccato !
